Centrally located to everything in downtown New Orleans. Always clean and staff is always friendly. Female Spanish Barterder was always so polite and very knowledgeable of drinks. happy hour every night...this should be done at every embassy Suite. Rooms were modern with nice hardwood floors and no carpet!!!

No geral tive uma ótima estadia. Embassy está em uma ótima localização e a uma curta caminhada de inúmeros restaurantes incríveis e do Riverwalk. Adorei a recepção à noite e a equipe agradável. Os problemas encontrados foram com a drenagem do chuveiro, a geladeira suja e a limpeza do banheiro no andar principal. A manutenção respondeu para remediar os problemas, mas a Hilton deve fazer melhor para manter a reputação impecável.

Overall I had a great stay. Embassy is in a great location and walking distance to countless amazing restaurants & the Riverwalk. I loved the evening reception and the pleasant staff. Issues encountered were with shower drainage, uncleaned refrigerator, and the restroom cleanliness on the main floor. Maintenance did respond to remedy the issues, but Hilton must do better to uphold the pristine reputation.

Embassy Suites NOLA!!!The front desk associate Scottie went way above her job description to deliver the ultimate customer service experience I’ve had!She assisted me with creating a memorable Father’s Day for my husband and then made she he was recognized with a “Diamond Member” of the Day certificate in plain view when we walked up to check in.The other associate who was behind the tourist attraction desk was the cherry on top by clapping and hyping up this memorable moment for my husband.Thank you for your creative way of saying we appreciate our guests!The best hospitality staff in the city!

Kudos para Josh na recepção e Torrey com manobrista. Eles foram muito úteis, profissionais e fáceis de lidar. Senti como se fôssemos velhos amigos. Tivemos uma suíte king 1 quarto com varanda. Estávamos no 14º andar, que era muito calmo. Estávamos pelo elevador que era conveniente e não barulhento como pode ser em outros hotéis. A cama é confortável o suficiente se você gosta de um colchão firme, mas os travesseiros precisavam de um pouco de trabalho. Você tem que deixar o chuveiro ligado por pelo menos 7 minutos antes de entrar, porque leva um minuto para a água quente entrar em ação. A localização do hotel fica perto o suficiente do bairro francês, mas longe o suficiente do barulho. A piscina é criativa, então eu não teria minhas esperanças de ficar lá o dia todo, mas você não veio a Nova Orleans para isso certo! A varanda está de pé apenas, então, se você gosta de sentar e assistir ao nascer do sol com seu Joe da manhã, está fora. Eu não me senti tão bem-vindo no bar para o happy hour noturno. Não tenho certeza se é porque cheguei um pouco cedo, mas escusado será dizer que nunca voltei. Ao todo, foi uma estadia muito boa e com certeza eu recomendo este hotel para suas necessidades de dormir.

Kudos to Josh at the front desk and Torrey from valet. They were very helpful, professional and easy-going. I felt like we were old friends. We had a king 1 bedroom balcony suite. We were on the 14th floor which was very quiet. We were by the elevator which was convenient and not at noisy like it can be at other hotels. The bed is comfortable enough if you like a firm mattress, but the pillows needed a little work. You have to let the shower run for at least 7 min before getting in it because it takes a min for the hot water to kick in. The location of the hotel is close enough to the French quarter, but far enough from the noise. The pool is creative so I wouldn't have my hopes set on lounging out there all day, but you didn't come to New Orleans for that right! The balcony is standing only so if you like to sit and watch the sunrise with your morning Joe, that's out. I didn't feel as welcomed at the bar for the nightly happy hour. I'm not sure if it's because I was a little early, but needless to say I never went back. All in all it was a pretty good stay and sure I'd recommend this hotel for your sleeping needs.

A proximidade com o centro de convenções, as comodidades (café da manhã e piscina gratuitos) e a equipe, especialmente a equipe de concierge Diane, tornaram nossa viagem ótima. Diane, em particular, prestou um excelente atendimento ao cliente e recomendou atividades que minha família gostava. Eu não dei 5 estrelas porque havia barulho lá fora devido a corridas de arrancada 2 das 3 noites de nossa estadia. Caso contrário, uma estadia muito agradável.

Este hotel foi muito bom. Realmente grande lobby principal e happy hour. Adorei poder caminhar até o centro de Nova Orleans, a cerca de 20 minutos do French Quarter. No entanto, os quartos eram bastante pequenos e um pouco datados. O nosso quarto estava mofado e o AC era tão alto! Os banheiros definitivamente poderiam ser atualizados. Em um ponto, precisávamos de travesseiros extras e tivemos que pedir várias vezes à recepção para enviar alguns! Demorou horas. Finalmente descemos (de novo) e pedimos alguns. Foi um pouco imprevisível sobre o quão bom era o balcão de serviço, mas no geral eles estavam ok. Eu ficaria aqui novamente, mas não é o melhor Embassy Suites que já estive. . .

The proximity to the convention center, the amenities (free breakfast and pool), and the staff especially the concierge staff Diane made our trip great.Diane in particular gave stellar customer service and recommended activities that my family enjoyed. I didn't give it 5 stars because there was loud noise outside due to drag racing 2 of the 3 nights of our stay. Otherwise a very nice stay.

This hotel was pretty nice. Really great main lobby and happy hour. Loved being able to walk to downtown New Orleans, about 20 min to the French Quarter. However the rooms were pretty small and a bit dated. Our room was musty and the AC was SO loud! The bathrooms could definitely be updated. At one point we needed extra pillows and had to ask the front desk multiple times to send some up! It took hours. We finally went down (again) and asked for some. It was a little hit or miss on how nice the service desk was but overall they were ok. I would stay here again, but it isn't the best Embassy Suites I have been to...

Ok, não sei por que os comentários ruins. Tive uma ótima estadia ontem à noite. Enquanto o quarto era pequeno, era limpo e tudo funcionava como seria de esperar em um Embassy Suites. Happy hour foi bom e seu buffet de café-da-manhã tinha tudo o que você procura em um café-da-manhã. Minha única reclamação é que a equipe da manhã hoje na recepção estava mais preocupada com a noite anterior do que me ajudando no check-out. Mesmo assim, esta é a minha nova opção quando quero ficar no centro.

A Embassy é uma boa localização em NOLA se você quiser ficar longe das partes barulhentas da cidade e estar mais perto do centro de convenções. Fiquei no último andar com varanda. O quarto era ótimo e a vista melhor ainda. A varanda não oferece privacidade dos vizinhos, mas acabou não sendo um problema para mim. Não 5 estrelas porque o centro de fitness desativou os equipamentos e faltou alguns itens. No geral não é ruim, eu ficaria aqui novamente.

The Embassy is a good location in NOLA if you want to stay away from the loud parts of the city and be closer to the convention center. I stayed on the top floor with the balcony. The room was great and the view even better. The balcony offers no privacy from neighbors, but it didn’t end up being an issue for me. Not 5 stars because the fitness center has disabled equipment and was missing some items. Overall it’s not bad, I would stay here again.

Ok, I’m not sure why the bad reviews. I had a great stay last night. While the room was small, it was clean and everything worked as you’d expect in an Embassy Suites. Happy hour was good and their buffet breakfast had everything you look for in a breakfast. My only complaint, is the morning crew today at the front desk was more concerned about their previous night than helping me checkout.Even so, this is my new go to when I want to stay downtown.

Eu estava muito apreensivo em reservar aqui depois de ler alguns dos comentários, mas posso dizer que fiquei muito feliz com a minha estadia aqui. Ficamos lá por quatro dias e tinha dois quartos. Os quartos eram limpos e agradáveis, toda a equipe foi muito simpática, o buffet de café da manhã era quente e melhor do que muitos hotéis, e a localização era ótima. Sempre me senti segura andando pelo bairro. O único problema seria a equipe do bar ser lenta e desatenta. Estava sempre muito ocupado para obter nossas bebidas gratuitas de happy hour, mas não íamos esperar na fila lenta por uma bebida, apenas nos divertimos na cidade que viemos ver.

I was very apprehensive about booking here after reading some of the reviews, but I can say I was very happy with my stay here.We were there for four days and had two rooms.The rooms were clean and nice, the whole staff was very friendly, the breakfast buffet was hot and better than a lot of hotels, and the location was great.I always felt safe walking in the neighborhood. The only issue would be the bar staff being slow and inattentive. It was always too busy to get our free happy hour drinks, but we weren't going to wait in the slow line for a drink, we just enjoyed ourselves out in the city we came to see.

Great option for anybody attending the convention center, which is a very short walk away. Great rooms, particularly for small meetings in the anteroom parts of the suites. I would have appreciated in-house lunch and dinner dining options on days of inclement weather, or just for personal convenience, although some dining options are available within two blocks to the west.

Una terrible experiencia hospedarse en este Hotel. La ubicación es muy buena. Las habitaciones confortables. Pero no limpian las habitaciones, no cambian los paños, arreglan las camas, etc. No hay un aviso de que se deben de programar a limpieza por la que se ha pagado. El desayuno incluido en ua caja con un burrito frio y un jugo. El burrito de pésima calidad. A la salida no te dan el estado de cuenta y quedan de enviarlo y luego de 3 días, sigo esperando la cuenta final.

Que lastima que mi experiencia en este hotel no fue la mejor. Desde que llegamos; fue un caos! Habitación sucia, toallas sucias, la tina de la ducha no bajaba el agua (fueron 3 veces y no lograron solucionar el problema) la habitación sin iluminación externa, sin ventana para ver al exterior. El hotel estaba repleto de gente damnificada, eso hizo que siempre luciera en caos! Los desayunos eran una barra nutritiva Kellogg’s y un jugo de lata miniatura. El cuarto tenía conexión con otro por medio de una puerta que se podía abrir y se sentía cuando las personas las tocaban e incluso escuchabas a la gente en ese cuarto. El valet parking ridículamente caro! Lo único bueno es la ubicación y nada más! PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA en ese hotel. Pudimos haber conseguido mucho mejor al mismo precio.

Brianna and Paige delivered the best customer service I have experienced at an Embassy Suites hotel in many years. They were both always welcoming and accommodating. We requested to change rooms to be closer to family and Paige went out of her way to ensure our needs were met. When we requested supplies or towels from the front desk every day of our 10 day stay, Brianna promptly responded and was always so pleasant! In a time when good employees are hard to find, this hotel has managed to staff their front desk with two gems.
