This Hampton is newly renovated. Staff is accommodating and makes you feel welcome. The rooms are large with numerous amenities. Breakfast has all the choices. The only negative for me is the $8 parking fee which gets added to the bill.

O quarto tinha um vazamento do teto, assumindo o quarto acima de mim. Mencione para a recepção, mas não há quartos. Hotel estava sendo reformado, então um possível problema. La habitación tenía una gotera desde el techo, asumiendo la habitación de arriba. Mención a la recepción pero no habitaciones. El hotel estaba siendo renovado, por lo que era posible un problema. Se mencionó que podría ir a otra propiedad de Hilton, pero después de 24 horas de vuelos, vuelos perdidos y terminales de aerolíneas, decidí quedarme. The room had a leak from the ceiling so assuming the room above me. Mention to the front desk but no rooms. Hotel was being renovated so possible an issue. It was mentioned that I could go to another Hilton property but after 24 hours of flights, missed flights and airline terminals I decided to stay. I put towels on the floor and it was one night, a hot shower ... actually two and an amazing cup of coffee Hampton is famous for. I think one everything is done it will be an amazing hotel.

Ótimo hotel. A equipe foi incrivelmente agradável e se esforçou para ter certeza de que tudo estava ótimo. As camas eram confortáveis. Senti que meu quarto estava limpo e bem abastecido. O café da manhã era bem típico de um café da manhã de hotel. Havia ovos, batatas, doces, waffles, aveia, cereais e frutas. Tudo estava fresco. A fruta ainda não estava madura.

Gran hotel. El personal fue increíblemente agradable e hizo todo lo posible para asegurarse de que todo fuera genial. Las camas eran cómodas. Sentí que mi habitación estaba limpia y bien equipada. El desayuno era bastante típico de un desayuno de hotel. Había huevos, patatas, bollería, gofres, avena, cereales y fruta. Todo estaba fresco. Sin embargo, la fruta aún no estaba madura.

Great hotel. Staff was incredibility nice and went out of their way to be sure everything was great. Beds were comfortable. I felt my room was clean and well stocked. Breakfast was pretty typical of a hotel breakfast. There were eggs, potatoes, pastries, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, and fruit. Everything was fresh. The fruit wasn't ripe yet though.

Excelente pessoal, todos foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos! Eles têm um bom café da manhã de cortesia, nosso quarto era limpo e tinha uma bela vista da piscina, que nossos filhos realmente gostaram e também, a banheira de hidromassagem! Mais confortável do que esperávamos e no geral muito satisfeito com a nossa estadia!

Um dos melhores hotéis em que já fiquei! Naquele momento, recebemos um ótimo preço pelo nosso quarto. Era conveniente em termos de localização, custos, instalações e serviços oferecidos. O serviço geral foi muito gratificante e as pautas foram todas muito prestativas e profissionais. Definitivamente vamos voltar!

Tuve una gran estancia en este hotel. Muy limpio y el personal fue muy cortés y educado. La amabilidad del personal hizo que mi familia y yo nos sintiéramos muy cómodos y bienvenidos. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel si está buscando un gran lugar para alojarse en la zona. La ubicación de este hotel está cerca de zonas comerciales, restaurantes y la carretera interestatal 51 en caso de que desee explorar ciudades cercanas. En general, mi familia y yo lo pasamos muy bien y volveremos.

Excellent staff, they all were very friendly and attentive! They have a good complimentary breakfast, Our room was clean and had a beautiful view of the pool, which our kids really enjoyed and also, the hot tub! More comfortable than we expected and overall very pleased with our stay!

Had a great stay at this hotel. Very clean and the staff was very courteous and polite. Staff's friendliness made my family and I feel very comfortable and welcome. I'd highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a great place to stay in the area. The location of this hotel is close to shopping areas, eateries, and interstate 51 in case you'd like to explore nearby cities. Overall, my family and I had a great time and will be coming back!

One of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in! At that time, we got a great price for our room. It was convenient in terms of location, costs, facilities, and services it offers. The overall service was very satisfying and the staves were all very helpful and professional. We will definitely return!

Era o lugar certo que eu e meu marido precisávamos passar a noite fora de casa. Era limpo, confortável, relaxante, e os funcionários da recepção foram muito educados e bom atendimento ao cliente. Eu tenho que mencionar isso 'era o turno da noite, nós caminhamos para procurar as máquinas de venda automática e enquanto caminhávamos para a recepção o homem que estava trabalhando estava autografando a música no rádio e dançando' e ele disse que eu fui pega. It was the right place that me and my husband needed to get away from home for a night. It was clean , comfortable, relaxing, and desk workers were very polite and good customer service. I got to mention this ' it was graveyard shift, we walked to look for vending machines and as we walked up to front desk the man who was working was signing the song on radio and dancing' and he's says I got caught . ' we all laughed. His customer service was 100% good ratings.. need more like him (sorry don't know his name , was a older man , white , good sense of humor) I loved it that we caught him and he was a person and not someone whom stands there stiff. And the breakfast was wonderful and our morning swimming before going home was good . Thank you

No geral, ótimos funcionários e hotel, o melhor de tudo - portas silenciosas, a maior suíte standard que eu acho que já vi, adoro o fato de haver garagem e banheira de hidromassagem, TV enorme e suítes bem equipadas e decoradas, todos os pedidos especiais atendidos. No entanto, o papel higiênico realmente precisa ser acolchoado macio - com papel mais barato, você apenas tem que usar mais e não se sente bem, copos e canecas de cerâmica no quarto seriam adequados para um bom hotel como este, os quartos precisam de um lata de lixo maior ou outra perto da área da pia, o aparelho de chuveiro é realmente rígido, precisa de um chuveiro de melhor qualidade para permitir mais pressão da água, provavelmente é hora de substituir os telefones do quarto - eles parecem velhos e amarelaram com o tempo, seria ótimo ter o tipo de máquina de café sem o desperdício "jogar fora a bandeja do saco de café" todas as vezes, seria bom para a equipe de check-in dizer aos hóspedes para acesso à piscina, basta levantar a maçaneta nos portões da piscina - eu tenho nunca vi bloqueios de acesso restrito como este e não há sinal, seta ou qualquer coisa para indicar como entrar.

Overall great staff and hotel, best of all - quiet shutting doors, largest standard suite I think I have ever seen, love that there is a garage and hot tub, huge TV and well appointed and decorated suites, special requests all met. However, the toilet paper really needs to be soft quilted - with cheaper paper ou just have to use more and it doesn't feel nice, drinking glasses and ceramic coffee mugs in the room would befit a  nice hotel like this, rooms need either a larger trash can or an additional one near the sink area, shower handset is really stiff, need a better quality shower head to allow for more water pressure,  it's probably time to replace the room phones - they are old looking and have yellowed with age, would be great to have the kind of coffee machine without the wasteful 'throw away the coffee bag tray' every time type, would be nice for check in staff to tell guests for pool access just lift up the knob on the pool gates - I have never seen restricted access locks like this and there is no sign or arrow or anything to indicate how to get in.
