“The bed was okay. The temperature can’t be adjusted at the room, I informed the staff but they explained that it can’t be fixed. So the room was either hot or cold in March. Great location.”

“The only positives about this place is location and bed. It is at the heart of Madrid. All the attractions are nearby within a distance of 10-15 mins walk. The rooms sre pretty basic with outdated decor. There is no kettle or fridge. I got a family room overlooking gran via street. The matterress and pillows are quite comfy, so we all had a great night sleep.The hotel lobby is as small as bathroom. There is only 1 lift. There is no swimming pool.Breakfast is pretty basic.I would never stay here again.”
