Acomodações espaçosas e bom atendimento.

We stayed for two nights and both nights we heard this loud almost banging sound. It was random and would happen all night to the point that I was worried someone was trying to get into our room. I couldn’t sleep well hearing these loud sounds both nights. Parking was horrible. There was no valet. The Starbucks is a nice touch. Overall 3/10 and I won’t be back because the atmosphere was very paranormal. Ficamos duas noites e nas duas noites ouvimos esse som alto quase batendo. Era aleatório e acontecia a noite toda, a ponto de eu ficar preocupado que alguém estivesse tentando entrar em nosso quarto. Não consegui dormir bem ouvindo esses sons altos nas duas noites. O estacionamento era horrível. Não havia manobrista. O Starbucks é um toque agradável. No geral, 3/10 e não voltarei porque a atmosfera era muito paranormal.

The Renaissance is a very nice large upscale hotel. What amazed me as how helpful and friendly the staff is. The rooms are clean and best of all there's a full Starbucks in the lobby. There is plenty of parking also. Location is quite good. O Renaissance é um grande hotel de luxo muito agradável. O que me surpreendeu é como a equipe é prestativa e amigável. Os quartos são limpos e o melhor de tudo é que há um Starbucks completo no lobby. Há muito estacionamento também. Localização é muito boa.

The Renaissance is a very nice large upscale hotel. What amazed me as how helpful and friendly the staff is. The rooms are clean and best of all there's a full Starbucks in the lobby. There is plenty of parking also. Location is quite good.

Mary at the front desk was outstanding. She went above and beyond to help us with everything and made our stay amazing. There was another lady who got us another room when we asked for more beds. Room service was great as well. We highly recommend this hotel and will be back. Maria na recepção foi excelente. Ela foi acima e além para nos ajudar com tudo e tornou a nossa estadia incrível. Houve outra senhora que nos deu outro quarto quando pedimos mais camas. O serviço de quarto também foi ótimo. Recomendamos este hotel e voltaremos.

The facility is nice as we're most of the staff. There's no room service, 3 of the 6 elevators were broken.The escalator broke(but it was fixed within an hour) They filled in the hot tub with cement after the remodel and removed the microwaves from the rooms (why?) They're still advertising an airport shuttle which no longer exists. Great food choices and a Whole Foods within waking distance It felt like they were not prepared for the size of our group. Absolutely love walking into a Renaissance and knowing exactly the kind of ambiance and quality we come to expect and enjoy. We spent a few days here for a conference. The conference space was multipurpose ballrooms and it was secluded yet easily accessible to get to our rooms on breaks and they catered breakfasts and lunches to ease our groups impact on the rest of the hotel restaurants. The Starbucks however was a disappointment as they claimed to be a franchise that just doesn’t sell Starbucks coffee nor standard menu. That may not always be a bad thing for some but I fully expected to be able to use my Starbucks account there and was told it was not accepted. Otherwise we spent most of our nights in the huge lobby bar with our friends, enjoyed watching sports, and eating the marvelous food! You must try the Kim chee cauliflower! The only downfall was the wait time for the food but we kept ourselves entertained nonetheless. The hotel was very central to so many wonderful restaurants in the area within walking distance. A great stay overall! Absolutamente amo entrar em um Renascimento e saber exatamente o tipo de ambiente e qualidade que esperamos e desfrutamos. Passamos alguns dias aqui para uma conferência. O espaço da conferência era composto por salões de baile polivalentes e era isolado, mas de fácil acesso para chegar aos nossos quartos nos intervalos e eles ofereciam café da manhã e almoço para aliviar o impacto de nossos grupos no restante dos restaurantes do hotel. O Starbucks, no entanto, foi uma decepção, pois afirmava ser uma franquia que simplesmente não vende café Starbucks nem menu padrão. Isso pode nem sempre ser uma coisa ruim para alguns, mas eu esperava poder usar minha conta da Starbucks lá e fui informado de que não era aceito. Caso contrário, passávamos a maior parte de nossas noites no enorme bar do saguão com nossos amigos, gostávamos de assistir esportes e comer a comida maravilhosa! Você deve experimentar a couve-flor Kim chee! A única queda foi o tempo de espera pela comida, mas mesmo assim nos mantivemos entretidos. Covid has really taken its toll here. No valet parking available, restaurant is mediocre, wilting plants, and the entire place is understaffed. I am sure it’s due to the ravages of the virus. It’s a sad reflection of what used to be,should be but now what is. I feel sure they are struggling to do their best with what they have. I did have a decent burger, and the staff ( Lilly and Arthur) whodid assist were GREAT! Hopefully the Renaissance will return to its glory days soon. It deserves a comeback! PS: I went there to meet a first time date from a dating site- the one BIG recommendation here is that it’s the only nice QUIET place to meet, get to know someone, and have a good conversation. You can enjoy a drink and have a nice meal! In this case I HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Renaissance if you want to avoid the typical noisy loud Addison spots! O Covid realmente cobrou seu preço aqui. The location is close to so much which we loved! We did have trouble getting checked in, and the room walls seemed kind of thin (I could hear the people's alarms going off next door). Overall, it is a beautiful place and there were no major issues. I loved the bathroom!

Hermoso lugar,espacioso de muy buen gusto y servicio, la atención es impecable, hay estacionamiento para impedidos y regular, la comida es rica y la música muy de acordé, los precios han subido bastante y una que otra situación que se arregló rápido, esperas regresar el proximo año de ser posible...

Bello lugar para eventos las habitaciones muy limpias todo funcionando a la perfección y una Vista Bella.

La habitación tenía sus detalles: goteaba la regadera una llave del lavabo estaba rota, no cuenta con servivar, el uso de computadoras en la oficina de negocios tiene costo a diferencia de otros hoteles, el servicio de room service no es 24 horas

Un poco costoso me parece terrible que no incluyan desayuno o parqueadero. $15 al día por parqueo me parece ridículo. Está Limpio y bonito.

Estábamos visitando el hotel para una convención. El hotel tenía muchos problemas. Nuestra habitación no tenía una telefono funcional. Las luces en las salas de convenciónes parpadeaban y había áreas por todo el hotel que eran malolientes, malo construccion o se caían a pedazos. El hotel tambien fue comprado recientemente poor otro compañía. Esto arruinó la base de datos de las habitaciones para las persona que se estaban registrando. Las escaleras de emergencía estaban fuera de los límites de el convención, por lo que el acceso era muy limitado.

Tiene los salones muy grandes para fiestas , con pasillos muy amplios cuenta con Restaurant con variedad de platillos para breakfast, lonche o diner. Área de multitud de baños con todo lo necesario muy bonitos. Alberca también cuenta con un grande salón con una fuente al lado que muy bien organiza alguna fiesta country.
