Os funcionários estão envolvidos. Os quartos são bons, fomos para uma organização coletiva. A comida é ruim. Corba está chegando. Então você espera 45 minutos pelo prato principal. O prato do café da manhã está pronto. Você está terminando. Eles perguntam se você quer quente. Os funcionários eram inexperientes, era como cobrar, não dava para ver o garçom chefe. Eu não sabia se é assim que os clientes normais são tratados no jantar.

Eu já fiquei em provavelmente uma dúzia de JW Marriott e este local redefine a marca. As instalações eram imaculadas, a comida era ótima e o serviço realmente impressionava. Este não é o Four Seasons, mas o nível de esforço da equipe o coloca muito próximo. Honestamente, fiquei maravilhada com a atenção aos detalhes de cada membro da equipe, desde a governanta colocando chinelos em meus pés descalços enquanto eu trabalhava na mesa com os sorrisos genuínos do serviço de quarto servindo uma refeição de quatro pratos às 4 da manhã. Eu não ficaria em nenhum outro lugar em Ancara.

I’ve stayed at likely a dozen JW Marriott and this location redefines the brand. The facilities were spotless, the food was great, and the service really knocked it out of the park. This isn’t the Four Seasons, but the level of effort by the staff puts it very close. Honestly, I was blown away at the attentiveness to detail by every staff member from the housekeeper placing slippers on my bare feet while I worked at the desk to the genuine smiles from room service serving a four course meal at 4am. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Ankara.

Foi uma ótima experiência dessa vez. Quando fiz o check-in, o cavalheiro no balcão me disse para me atualizar para uma suíte executiva. O quarto era muito grande e muito limpo! Eu gosto especialmente do banheiro é muito limpo e o espaço é grande. O salão tem uma comida muito rica, vinhos, bebidas, saladas, frutas, sobremesas e uma ótima água engarrafada! O café da manhã para os membros da elite é tão rico e satisfatório quanto usado no lounge executivo!

I stayed at JW Marriott Ankara which I found to be a proper luxury hotel on par with the brand and I can recommend it.As Marriott Ambassador Elite guest, I was proactively upgraded to a junior suite a day before arrival.The living room was not completely distinct from the bedroom; there were two TVs in the room, one facing the bed and one facing the sofa so it provided some separation but otherwise the room was open.Overall everything was in good condition but the style was a bit aging.The bathroom seemed to have been renovated more recently, it was very spacious and looked more modern so it was the strong point of the room in my opinion.That said, the water temperature in the shower was not always stable and the soundproofing in the room could have been better, I could easily hear noise from the hallway.The executive lounge only opened at 3:30pm daily which prevented guests from having a different place to work during the day besides their own room.As far as I am concerned, the value of a lounge is not simply happy hour but it’s about more personal service than from reception downstairs, so it was partially missing.Because of the late opening of the lounge, breakfast was only in the restaurant (6:30-11am) where the spread was nice, food quality was good, and they had a daily rotation of some hot dishes to provide variety.Back to the lounge, the venue on the 22nd floor was attractive and had several sections, some more suitable for dining and others more suitable for lounging.Hors d’oeuvres were offered 5:30-7:30pm and alcoholic beverages 5:30pm-midnight.Unfortunately there were no cocktails but the food was good quality and enough to make it a meal with a daily rotation (similar to what they did for breakfast), including some regional specialties such as a dish from Uzbekistan one evening which I thought was interesting.Service from the duty manager, the guest relations manager, and other staff in the business center was excellent especially since I had several special requests during my stay. A manager even offered his mobile phone number and I could call him if I needed someone to translate should I run into problems (which I did).He was not even on his work shift at the time I called but he was happy to help which I appreciated.The one aspect which was not as impressive service-wise was in the restaurant during breakfast.The attendants at the entrance do not lead guests to a table, guests just sat where they wanted so the consequence was that there was no server assigned.On several mornings I just sat there for over 10 minutes without anybody coming to ask me if I wanted a drink which was odd given the large number of staff available.They just saw a guest without food or drinks but just walked by repeatedly.Overall JWM Ankara is a solid business hotel and for 15,000 Marriott points per night it was great value.That said, I noted that hotel standards in Ankara are not as high as they are in Istanbul, but in fairness they do not cater to tourists and there is less hotel competition in Ankara so it’s a fact of life that must be accepted. As far as I know, JWM is one of the top luxury hotels in the city even if including hotels from other chains.

Informamos que queríamos ir ao skye vue às 19:00, mas eles nos informaram que sua reserva estava lotada. Transmitimos a situação ao interessado na reserva à Sra. Duygu. Disse que não podia ajudar e que as reservas estavam encerradas.Não é aceitável que um hotel e uma empresa deste estado rejeitem desta forma o cliente que se hospeda no hotel.A nossa intenção era apenas sentar-se no bar. Nós dissemos que íamos ficar por 1 noite e pedimos que ajudassem. Ele disse especificamente que não poderia ajudar em nada neste assunto. Perdemos o gosto em nossa estadia de 1 dia em Ancara.Editar: Graças à Sra. Duygu, percebemos mais tarde que ela nem sabia em que hotel estava trabalhando. Embora Skye vue fosse um evento especial, ela disse: "Informei meus gerentes, se ficar vazio, vou informá-los , todo mundo tem informação ". Ele nem sabia sobre o evento especial no local, muito menos contando para seus empresários. Ele disse que nunca nos levaria para cima, pois estava completamente cheio de hóspedes de fora do hotel. Estou escrevendo este comentário para o spa deste hotel. Embora sejamos clientes muito antigos, ficamos desapontados todas as vezes que fomos este ano. Não há absolutamente nenhum traço da velha ordem e cuidado. Esta noite, por volta das 20h40, a atitude arrogante do amigo na recepção foi o ponto de inflexão. Infelizmente, sempre há um problema com esse amigo. Hoje esperamos um amigo por meia hora para pagar a conta. Até mesmo os amigos em que ele estava ficaram envergonhados. Embora tenhamos ido como um convidado membro e recebido inscrições como massagem / bolsa, eles deduziram a taxa de uso diário extra por escrito. A última vez que fomos, a saída do spa apareceu na nossa frente por algum motivo. Quando pedimos provas de que a regra havia mudado, nenhuma explicação foi dada. Até a água que bebemos era cobrada. É inacreditável que o enorme Marriot tenha baixado tanto em termos de tarifas de spa. Apesar de a pessoa da recepção ter 1 ano de idade, sempre foi assim, a nossa aplicação de água está a tentar enganar-nos porque sempre ganhamos dinheiro com água. É realmente uma pena. Um local que não condiz com a qualidade da Marriot e degrada a sua qualidade dia a dia em todos os sentidos. Espero que ele recupere seus ex-funcionários e volte à sua velha rotina. Eu nunca permito que as pessoas saiam daqui felizes, contanto que eu continue com pessoas que tratam o cliente com desrespeito e como extorquir dinheiro do cliente. Quantas vezes saímos do lugar que vamos para relaxar em um estado de estresse?

Ótimo hotel em Ankara. Não fica no centro, mas numa área nova comercial. Com metro perto. Um grande shopping perto também. O spa do hotel é muito completo (exige touca para utilizar a piscina). Cafe da manha bom. Lounge aberto, mas com poucas opções (penso que pelo covid). Upgrade para elite Bonvoy! Ótimos serviços.
