Buen hotel de5 * maravillosas piscinas, las habitaciones muy amplias y todo lo necesario que te imagines, el servicio de los empleados muy bueno siempre a tu disposición, la comida muy rica. El único pero por poner algo es a la hora de salir del hotel por tus medios ya que esta muy lejos de la carretera principal por lo tanto la mejor opción es un taxi. Muy buena estancia y unas magnificas vacaciones.

Esse hotel é muito confortável, as camas são muito macias, a limpeza é constante e as atividades variadas. O cardápio das refeições é um pouco monótono, mas é bom porque se variadas demais a gente comeria até explodir todos os dias!

Ótimo hotel. Tudo muito bom. De lamentar apenas que estão mais preparados para o mercado Americano e não o Europeu principalmente na comida. De resto 5****

Resort perfeito, superou a nossa expectativa (quase 40 pessoas). Comida muito boa, quartos limpos, funcionários super prestativos e atenciosos. Em especial aos do bar splash, Francisco, Pedro e Refúgio e do lobby, o Iroshi.

Beautiful spot to celebrate a special birthday and anniversary.They do a great job spreading out the guests and making it a great experience.The food is good and there is an abundant assortment selection.We look forward to returning.

Muy buena comida y atención

When we made the booking we specifically asked for a joining room. When we showed up at the front desk, they had a no care, standoffishattitude. I told them that my family member had surgery recentlyand could not walk too far or up the stairs as there were no elevatorsin the floor .. We needed adjoining rooms in case something was needed by the member. And they told us that maybe rooms would be available to the next day but they wouldbe located much farther away from the lobby. The unlimited vacation package is a joke.The hotel was not even occupied 50% Do not expect any upgrades or special treatment just because you purchase the package.

Went to a wedding at sapphire had a great time The entertainment crew did a great job to entertain us when it rained Thumbs up for great service supplyied by Eduardo on both breakfast and lunch at the buffet. However the buffet at dinner time was disappointing very little food options to pick from. Also the beach area was not appealing full of seaweed and dirtyMy favorite pastime is always spent on the white sandy beach and clear blue waters whenever I go on vacation sadly this was not the case

Overall it was a nice experience. Beautiful and clean resort. The theater has a great setup with comfortable sofas for movies and shows. My 5year old and I really enjoyed time there. The cleaning crew is on point with detail. The staff is a mix of courteous and not so courteous. The food was really disappointing compared to other resorts I've visited in Mexico. Now the main reason I'm giving a 4 star rather than 3 is the awesome team of ladies at the Explorers club. They really are excellent at what they do. They are so welcoming and so creative with hand crafts and activities for the kids. One of them went the extra step to give my daughter a coloring book with crayons to take on the plane. My daughter loved them so much she preferred to be with them rather that at the pool. Thank you ladies for a great experience.

Overall not too bad, we managed to have a great time. The beach needs attention, other near by hotels do a much better job of it. Everything closes early at 11 PM including bar. Some items were in short supply, guacamole being the one I noticed the most. The staff for the most part do a great job, some people were new, still, kudos to Elvis, Cesar, Alexandra, entertainment team and just about everybody. Our partners used the spa and said it was just OK.

holayo quede encantada de todo muy buena comida. buena atención por parte del personal. pero mi comentario es solo es para decirles que no se me parece justo que los meseros se desviven por atender a los turistas extranjeros que a los mexicanos, creo que es por las propinas que les dan en dólares, pero creo que todos debemos tener la misma atención. por una cuestión otra todos somos visitantes a este hotel. gracias y buen día..

Celebramos el cumpleaños de mi hija,nos tuvieron un detallito sorpresa en la habitación con globos y confeti que nos encantó. La comida deliciosa, las actividades variadas y el staff super amable. Lo único que nos faltó fue tiempo para disfrutar más!

La comida como que no es de muy buena calidad. Y al parecer muchos de los empleados no reciben una buena capacitación. Parece que el hotel no cuida a sus empleados.Empleados felices Clientes felices, Just remember.

Excelente todo: restaurantes, actividades, shows nocturnos, comida delicosa, personal muy atento. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, espaciosas. La atención en el spa también increíble. Lastima de la playa que esta con algas pero el hotel hace todo lo posible para tenerlo limpio. Tiene la alberca solo para adultos y toboganes, la verdad es que el hotel lo tiene todo :)

Excelente atención de todo el personal, en todas las áreas se esmeran en atender al huésped, superando en atención a hoteles más exclusivos y de mayor costo. Un punto a mejorar es estandarizar la preparación de las bebidas, en cada bar las preparaban al tanteo por lo cual no sabían igual.

It’s unfortunate that this was my first experience internationally traveling and I regret it. Resort - The resort physically is beautiful.. the lighting is amazing. I would give it 4 stars on appearance although there was a lot of construction being done throughout the resort each day. There are no clubs and it’s lights out at 11pm. Everything literally shuts down like they are putting you to bed. I felt like a child! The pool closes around 6-7pm which is so disappointing because it is so beautiful at night time. Definitely didn’t feel adult friendly, whether it is a family resort or not.Room- The room was comfortable and clean.. there could have been more accents and decor; I kind of felt like they threw a table, chair and couch in there to take up space. I was hoping for a more tropical feel in the room like it is out of the room.Food- The “all inclusive” just isn’t worth it. The drinks were good but there are absolutely no authentic Mexican food restaurants within the resort. Out of all the restaurants, I found the Asian cuisine called Lemon Grass the most appetizing. The rest of the food seemed recycled, thrown together and pretty much American. I couldn’t find not one authentic taco, Spanish rice, etc on the resort. I was very disappointed. Breakfast is the best meal there!Customer service- Throughout the resort, the staff was friendly.. everyone smiled and greeted you. As soon as it came down to “business”, such as inquiring about your stay, maybe pricing, anything that involves the front desk, they were very stand offish. They definitely give off a“it’s not my problem” attitude. They lack compassion and their hospitality sucked. It didn’t seem like they really care if you’re experience is good, they just wanted their money.Accommodations- Due to an issue with our flight we missed our first day at the resort and lost our money. Fine, not their fault. But I tried to get my friend a birthday banner for her room and was told it had to be out in 24 hrs in advance. On our last day, a house keeper asked if she could turn down our beds and I started talking to her. She went and got my friend a door banner that said “Happy Birthday” .. the same banner I asked for two days prior. It’s like they don’t even try to accommodate you for anything.Extra- I was told I could order lobster at an extra charge to my room. Then the next day when I went to request lobster, I was told I had to buy $100 bottle of tequila in order to get a lobster. It was ridiculous the amount of hoops I had to go through to get a lobster.. which I ended up paying $50 for. I spent a whole day asking for a microwave to be sent to my premier room, which I only got to accommodate house keeping “cleaning my room” but keeping my make up stained sheets, empty cups, bitten muffins and tissues all over my room. I asked for the microwave at 11 am. I was told my the front desk several times, room service, more front desk personal that my microwave was coming through out the day .. just for me to go to the front desk at about 10 pm and the manager say “they don’t give microwaves” . Everyone lies to cover their backs.. tell you one thing and it ends up being another. I was so displeased with my stay I could not wait to get back to the states which is sad because I enjoy Latin American culture and people but the way they treated me was just unacceptable. I was always friendly, always kind, paid my money, followed the rules, spoke Spanish and everything and still feel like I wasted my money.

I truly loved our experience at this hotel. First it is so clean and well kept. Yes there is a lot of construction, but that didn't bother us at all. It wasn't loud and obnoxious at all. The service was excellent, from house keeping, room service, premier club, everything. The only thing I personally disliked very much were the Mapache/raccoon animals all over. I know they are part of the habitat, but there were to many for me. Other than that, the experience was relaxing, fun and just beautiful.

Muy buena estancia pero una pena no disfrutar del mar caribe debido a la acumulación de sargazo en toda la costa. Sólo algunos hoteles consiguen limpiarlo bien para que el baño sea apto pero en concreto en este hotel nos fue imposible. Por lo demás todo perfecto

First time doing an all inclusive. I really liked the resort and the staff. It was very clean and very relaxing. However I didn't like the food... It was never hot and the selection was bad. Other than that I had no complaints. We did survive a hurricane while there.. That was wild!

My Family and I went here from Nov 30- Dec 5 to celebrate 🍾 my Birthday and Wife's Birthday. It was a great experience. The Staff was extremely helpful and respectful. They follow the CDC guidelines and ensure you and your Family are safe. The facilities were cleaned multiple times throughout the Day and they promoted wearing a face covering, washing hands and doing social distancing. It was only about %60 Capacity the time we were here due to the Pandemic, but still we all enjoyed ourselves. The only reason I didn't give them 5 Stars is because the main Pool Water was cold. You had to pay money to use the Spa Heated Pool. Otherwise, I give them 4/5 Stars. Definitely worth the experience.

The NOW Entertainment Group was absolutely amazing! These staff kept everyone entertained including young kids. If it wasn't for their involvement with my kids and family we would not have had as good a time at this resort.

Such a great resort. We stayed here 2 years ago for 5 days and spent a full week here this year. They've renovated the guest rooms and they are so clean and new feeling. Get the preferred package, you'll get free food everywhere in three resort and free drinks along with a spa treatment every day.

We had a fantastic week, beyond amazing entertainment team, really did an incredible amount of work to get everyone engaged and having a great time! With A team like that you can never go wrong! Food was really good, drinks (ok but I think that’s the norm for Mexico from what other people said) unless you have access to preferred lounge, they have premium alcohol! They have a very nice general manager that acknowledges their issues and try to fix it while they can. Kids pool was supposed to be opened by we were surprised to see it closed under construction, that was a bit of disappointment and no one (hotel or apple vacation ) disclosed that beforehand. So that was really the only drawback, but we still have a great time with all of friendly staff they have and amazing entertainment team! We will probably go again next time!

The staff were friendly and helpful but the resort needs to address the seaweed issue on their Beach more effectively. Staying on the beach by the resort was impossible as the odor from the piles of seaweed they have left on the beach. The smell of the seaweed was so strong it could be smelt all over the pool area as well. I understand they are trying to deal with it, but leaving huge piles of it on the beach all day really prevents guests from enjoying their stay.

The resort is beautiful, cozy but spacious enough to not feel cramp. It is more beautiful at night than during the day with dimly lit light. The pool area is well laid out with ample space to spread out. The brown and dark tan color of the beach chairs could be changed to something brighter to make it more lively during the day. Restaurants are well hidden so not to obstruct the view. Only one restaurant has full view of the ocean. There is a huge bar/entertainment courtyard under roof with view of the pool where you can relax, watch pool entertainment activities or just enjoy coffee or cocktails with live entertainment toward the evening. Being in the Riviera, beach is always flooded with seaweeds. There are scattered small sharp rocks on the bed so not recommended for swimming. We really enjoyed our stay here. Nice resort, good food, relax atmosphere.
