The only place I stay when on business trips or personal trips to Annapolis. The staff is always friendly and polite. The rooms are always very clean. It is also extremely quiet. Hot breakfast and dinner is available on site. There is an outdoor pool that is operational seasonally. The hotel is in a good location and minutes from tons of restaurants and shops.

Reservé este hotel tarde en la noche para ellos y llamé para asegurarme de que pudieran registrarse fácilmente. Sean se tomó el tiempo para ayudarme y comprender nuestra situación. On a terrible day, Sean who is the front desk supervisor gave us peace of mind. My mom had an emergency at her house that left her and my brother with special needs needing a place to stay. I booked this hotel late at night for them and called to make sure they could check in easily. Sean took the time to help me and understand our situation. After helping me, he greeted my mom with a smile and offered excellent help and service. She called me raving about him and was thrilled with the cleanliness and condition of the room. 10/10 I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

Unsanitary pillows! All pillows smeared with some type ofbody fluid. Yellow and brown stains on all the pillows. They cover dirty and nasty pillows with one layer of clean pillow case. This practice does not give the next guest the comfort and safety for a sanitary room.I would give this hotel ZERO rating if available. Management is not helpful at all to rectify this awful experience. Assistant GM for the Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis, acknowledged the wrong doing in writing, but refused to credit credit my account.

I like our room and the location. The only mystery is that my husband forgot his watch in the room but the cleaning crew say they did not see it , although the room hadn’t been clean yet. We left the hotel very disappointed. The receptionist also is not friendly they are cold. Supposed to be front desk must be friendly and accommodating.

Postando um comentário apenas para elogiar a senhora que estava trabalhando na área de café da manhã no sábado, 4 de junho. Não recebi o nome dela, mas ela tinha longos cabelos pretos e verdes. E ela foi possivelmente a melhor pessoa que já encontramos trabalhando no setor de hospitalidade. Ela foi super educada, nada era demais. Uma pessoa tão legal.

Dejaron a una persona completamente inexperta en la recepción SOLO para registrarse durante el fin de semana del Día de los Caídos. No se sentía lo suficientemente cómoda para entrar en las habitaciones. Salga en fila por la puerta. Ciertamente no pude descifrar el check in tardío. Staff was really good. Don't order dinner in the hotel. Took too long and pizza was overcooked and dry. Rooms are great and clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Do not stay here if you have a service dog or if you are expecting friendly service. I just checked in at the Hilton garden inn at Annapolis which is off of Harry S Truman Blvd. I'm about to walk out and head home because of how rude and nasty the front desk staff is. I have a service dog and they were notified that I do. She is a mastiff. She helps with my mobility because I have a connective tissue disorder. When I called originally I told Melody at the front about my 6 month old nephew and my service dog. I originally called to ask about checking in a little early and melody made it a point to inform me that she would be accommodating me but not to expect this again. Upon check in I was singles out because of my service animals size. They said NOTHING at the time about a supposed weight limit for dogs. They waited until we got to the room and the front called me. They told me they would make an exception this time. My dog is a SERVICE ANIMAL! SHE IS NOT CONSIDERED AN ANIMAL BECAUSE SHE HELPS ME! They told me I have to use a different door to go in and out because of my service animal. The staff has been rude and nasty and I no longer feel comfortable staying here! I'm not going to stay here!I just want a refund. I'm going to contact my lawyer for discrimination!

Posting a review just to sing the praises of the lady who was working in the breakfast area on Saturday 4th June. Didn't get her name but she had long black and green hair. And she was possibly the best person we have ever encountered working in the hospitality industry. She was super polite, nothing was too much trouble. Such a nice person.

This was a last minute booking for the holiday weekend but overall this is not a hotel I’d recommend in the area. Closer to 2 stars. They left a completely untrained person at the front desk ALONE for check-in during Memorial Day weekend. She wasn’t comfortable enough to get the rooms in. Line out the door. Certainly couldn’t figure out late check in. Room smelled like cigarettes and the toilet stopped worked several times. The next day we called several times to request late checkout and no one at hotel picked up. When I went and found the manager, Kristy, and asked for late checkout was told no. I Asked if we could pay an additional fee for the extra hour. Was told that she’d call the police and have us forcibly removed? What kind of reaction or customer service is this? Spend a little extra and stay at a different property
