Just spent five days at the Majestic Elegance my first time experience with an all inclusive resort. I got to say it was definitely a beautiful experience the hotel is really nice. The staff is very friendly! Shout out to my Butler Henry he definitely took care of everything he's the reason I'm giving five stars. Also shout out to Ismael the best bartender on the resort! The steakhouse had the best food! The resort is more laid back it's not a party resort.

This was our 3rd time at Majestic Elegance. We love the resort and they are getting ready to renovate to make it even better! We went for our honeymoon, back with friends and just for us this time. The only disappointment we had was dinner at the Sea and See. Had been better in the past. Ismael at the adults only, swim up pool bar made our trip feel like we were apart of his family! Makes the best drinks and had some great mixes not on the menu. The energy he brings to the bar area is so much fun. Joel that helps him is amazing too! We loved our butler, Santiago. He was prompt and helpful. Always came to visit us at the beach in the morning. I would say he is the best butler we have had. We definitely will be back!

We enjoyed our stay! Diego was a fantastic butler and made sure to check in with us everyday to see if there’s anything we needed and was also prompt at responding. Having access to the extra adult only pools was very nice but we also had fun with the activities at the main pool. All of the staff was very friendly and the scenery was beautiful! We had a lovely experience at the spa as well. More easily accessible or greater variety of gluten free foods at the restaurants and buffets would have been ideal. Overall a great experience!

First time in both the Dominican and a Majestic resort. Our stay was excellent. The staff were exceptional, always going the extra mile to make your day that little bit more special. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The food was lovely and we enjoyed having a variety of restaurants to choose from. We also liked the elegance lounge feature, giving you a place to chill, eat and drink. We would highly recommend the elegance club to adults as it offered many benefits such as separate pools, separate beach areas, the list goes on. We would like to especially thank Melvin, our butler, for making our stay extra welcoming and going the extra mile for us. He was always at hand for anything we needed, not to mention him checking up on us daily. His hard work should not go unnoticed and definitely deserves a promotion! We will 100% be back. We booked through Costco Travel and We stayed here for 11 nights and had an incredible vacation. The staff and the accommodations were fantastic and I can’t wait to go back next year. The food and entertainment were very good as well. We especially loved the Hibachi Restaurant and the Steakhouse and really enjoyed the hamburgers on the grill at the restaurant by the ocean. Staff did incredible job cleaning up the seaweed on the beach daily. The young men on the entertainment staff were a fun group. Housekeeping staff went above and beyond as well. Roberto at the Main Bar had our afternoon lattes ready to go everyday.

Excelente hotel, la atención de las personas, en especial la de nuestro mayordomo Henry y de Rafa del bar de la disco coco’s fue de lo mejor. En general todo el personal y su espíritu de servicio hacen que tu estadía en el resort sea de lo mas cómoda posible. Las comidas son deliciosas y de una gran variedad en cada uno de los buffet, mención especial al restaurantItaliano en el cual la comida fue de primer nivel. El aseo de las habitaciones siempreimpecable, la playa privada es hermosa, sin embargo muchas veces nos toco ir pero todas las reposeras se encontraban ocupadas pero sin nadie ahí, ya que la gente se levanta temprano y deja las toallas para luego ir a desayunar o incluso a almorzar. Los shows que realizan en la noche son espectaculares y muy variados, por lo cual no existe momentos para el aburrimiento. En general el hotel, sus instalaciones y su personal son de primer nivel.

I am visiting the Dominican Republic for the first time and stayed at the Majestic Elegance. And this is a truly great experience. The staff is very pleasant. Ocean is so blue and clean, the beach is very nice with white sand. Dining is excellent and there is awesome variety of food choices across the restaurants. I love its territory because there are large walking areas with great scenery and wonderful flora. Each evening there is great entertainment, and also dancing in the courtyard. And the last but not least is the best Majestic animation team. The guys are doing everything so vacation is going great😊 And I would like to say special thanks to Javier and Miguel💃 Definitely will stay at the Majestic Resorts again.

Our stay at Majestic Elegance was amazing! The beach, the food, the staff and our overall experience was everything we had hoped for. Our butler Guzman was very helpful and was there if we needed anything. The entertainment staff created such a fun atmosphere especially “Wander” and “coca cola”. The nightlife was one of the highlights of the trip. We loved the daily performances at the theatre and dancing at the sports bar and coco’s club at the resort. If we wanted a more laid back evening, the lobby was such a beautiful place to mingle and relax. Being part of the elegance club gave us access to cabana beds that were a great place to relax along with snack bars and a cafe. The resort was very clean and sanitary as well. We would highly recommend!

Melhor Resort de Punta Cana, na chegada a imponência do hall de entrada e lobby já chamam a atenção, é tudo muito lindo e elegante. O quarto super espaçoso e confortável. Variados restaurantes com pratos de todos os tipos em todos horários do dia. Áreas comuns de piscina enormes, com bares a disposição, tudo muito lindo. A limpeza de todas áreas comuns chamam a atenção, não tinha uma sujeira, uma folha de quer no chão ou dentro da piscina, era tudo impecável. Mas o que mais nos chamou a atenção é a alegria, a simpatia dos funcionários, ficamos amigos de vários, todos são muito carinhosos. Nos restaurantes todos eram impecáveis em suas funções, sempre fazendo de tudo para termos a melhor experiência, e sim tivemos uma experiência incrível. O acesso à praia é prático, e ainda conta com um restaurante à beira mar com uma vista incrível, além do serviço de garçons a disposição para atender na praia. Um lugar que voltaremos sempre que pudermos, é super recomendamos, nota 10.

Estuvimos mi esposa mi hija y yo por 11 días y la verdad en mis 12 años de pasar vacaciones en Punta Cana este hotel Majestic elegance adultos es de lo mejor que hemos probado. Lujoso, grande, limpio, playa y piscinas perfectas. Muy buen entretenimiento y sobretodo el personal de ayuda es súper profesional y amable. Yo mencionaré en la piscina a ERIOL y a CARLOS. También a Santa Pero yo debo hacer especial mención al mayordomo que me asignaron. El se llama GUZMÁN y es de lejos de lo mejor que nos pasó en nuestras vacaciones de verdad este chico es muy muy bueno en su trabajo. Además para mi trabajo 24/7 De verdad que además pienso pedirlo si es posible en mi próxima vez en el hotel si continúa cómo mayordomo.

Excelente hotel!!! Uno de los mejores hoteles de punta cana, la atención de las personas, la comida es deliciosa en todos los restaurantes que hay en el hotel, el aseo, la playa es hermosa y la limpian todos los días. Los shows que realizan en la noche son espectaculares. No le doy 5 estrellas por las siguientes razones hay algunas personas del servicio del hotel que se ponen bravos si no les das propina y otra cosa que me disgusto fue que a la hora de hacer la reserva no explican que el hotel está dividido por la zona normal y el club el cual tiene más beneficios para entrar algunas zonas como piscinas o sectores de la playa.

We are most impressed with this hotel, it's customer service and staff. The staff have been courteous, helpful, attentive and most importantly happy to be of assistance. We have been impressed with the quality and variety of the food, and have tried all the restaurants (steakhouse is our favorite). The shows have been the best we've seen at a resort. Our butler Olbis has made our stay even more enjoyable. He efficient met our requests and always a pleasure to interact with. It's a service we highly recommend as it made our stay so much more pleasurable.

The hotel is great I really liked one of the workers here they call him Coca-Cola he’s very helpful he helped make my vacation much more fun and easy going. He always checked up on us to make sure we are good or if we need anything he was always there to help answer any questions. He’s literally the nicest person I have meet that works at this resort. Some other people don’t care to help you as much and do the bare minimum, he on the other hand goes above and beyond to help you and make u feel welcomed! Thank you for being so kind and helpful for us. Another thing I would say is the food is good compared to other all inclusive, fresh juices everyday, and it’s a very clean resort.

Mi estadía aquí ha sido excelente, la comida riquísima, la piscina cerca de mi habitación, el servio y personal está 10/10. I have stayed at Majestic Elegance a few times now & my experience has always been amazing. From the beautiful rooms, grounds, pools, beach, wonderful restaurants & bars to the amazing staff. The service is top notch. The employees go above & beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. I have had the pleasure of having Dario as my butler who is the greatest butler in the world. Dario made sure everything we could ever need was done for us. He informed us every morning of what was going on at the resort, made reservations for us, constantly checked in throughout the day to make sure everything was going well, always greeted me with the biggest smile and was super communicative. Dario’s service truly made my vacation, he went above & beyond for me every day and I will forever return to the Elegance because of him. He makes your stay at the Elegance truly feel like home. So thankful for the hard working staff and amazing people I have met during my stays at this resort!

The resort is so clean and inviting! Staff is very friendly and happy to help in anyway! We booked a swim up and it was so nice having a private pool area that was quiet with a swim up bar! Drinks and food are great! Our butler Modesto is awesome and always checks on us to see if we need anything and has been very helpful! The beach and water are amazing and so clean! Would definitely recommend!

Great stay and hotel was everything we expected from a luxury resort. I was expecting it to be very busy, but the hotel complex is big and hence it was never crowded. Very friendly staff. Javier always put a smile on our face with his friendly attitude and making sure we had a great time at the pool area. Will definitely come back.

Majestic Elegance PC is staffed by the best most friendly and helpful staff. we have stayed her 3 times over 7 years and make new friends and continue relations each time.Victor is the Best Butler he helped us with Reservation for Dinner every night including dinner on the beach and booking the Oasis for the Day. also great with fixing/solving any issues we may of hadMiguel in Flavors Buffet is so fun and always a smile on his face. The resort is very lovely. Not only is it beautiful but everyone makes you feel so welcome. There are employees everywhere to aid you with anything that you might need. Yko was super helpful and friendly by the pool side. Among many other employees. There is plenty of activities to keep the day active and fun while chilling by the pool. I would definitely recommend.

Very nice grounds, clean, and spacious. The beach could get busy at times but not bad. The staff is friendly and helpful. Taking away one star because like most all-inclusive resorts the food mostly buffet and plastic cups. Your not going to find a deluxe porterhouse steak or 2lb lobster tail, rather you get whatever they offer. It's not bad im just saying the food and drinks are a great value, but not gourmet.

We have been to Majestic Elegance twice and from the beginning it was love at first sight. Let me begin with our Butler Julio, he is Superb!We made reservations for the French restaurant and he surprised us by changing our reservations to the Flavors restaurant so we could enjoy Dominican 🇩🇴theme night. I cant say enough about Julio, he was so pleasant and we LOVE YOU Julio! The food was delicious and so grateful he made the change for us without us asking. He was so attentive to our needs. The Entertainment team was outstanding. Erik, Coca-Cola, and Chocolate I can't say enough about them. They made us feel like family the entire time and the amount of love they showed us will never be forgotten. We enjoyed water aerobics, making soap, and dancing. The only thing I would say is I wish the food was hotter and the cold food not warm or room temperature. Other than that we had an excellent time and ready to come back a 3rd time.

Pasamos 5 días en Majestic Elegance, la verdad que fue la mejor experiencia que pudimos tomar para nuestro Aniversario y el cumpleaños de mi esposo. La comida y el servicio fue excelente por todos y sobre todo Mucho amor para Coca Cola, Yileisy, Carlos y Machine. El mejor Hotel en general, las piscinas y la playa perfecta y la animación súper rico con Coca Cola. Regresamos lo antes posible sin pensarlo :) Saludos y Amor de Cuba.

Hotel lindo e ótimo, com saída direto na areia da praia! Ressalvo apenas que na suíte da chegada, no térreo, havia odor de mofo e muitas pessoas falando alto e gritando durante toda a noite, pois passavam pela porta sem respeito ou fiscalização e não conseguimos dormir.O gerente Victor gentilmente acolheu minha reclamação e nos mudou para as suítes do segundo andar. Foi excelente! Apenas registro que as sobremesas deveriam ter mais qualidade e deveriam fiscalizar o barulho nos corredores de madrugada. Inclusive, na última madrugada, fizeram obras de reforma no quarto ao lado do nosso, com muito barulho. No mais, gostamos de tudo! Hotel muito lindo e agradável! Ótima praia e serviço de praia muito eficiente(quase não tinha algas/sargaço), com atrações todas as noites, bons restaurantes, ótima estrutura e beleza, hidromassagem nos quartos, que são bem espaçosos (com sacadas) e funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos! Fomos muito bem atendidos pelos garçons Santiago, Ricky e Edvin, gentis e simpáticos! Passamos ótimos dias em família no hotel!

This place is amazing. This is our first time staying out of the country and we loved every minute of it. From the minute we got here the staff treated us all like family. We came as a family with a baby and they all loved her and treated all the kids at the resort wonderfully. Their entertainment team is so much fun and always getting the guests involved in the activities. Mr. Coca Cola aka Willy was super friendly and any time we saw him he always greeted us and made sure we didn’t need anything. We would definitely come back to the Dominican Republic and even return to this resort! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

So much fun. Henry is an amazing butler. Angelica Cruz in the elegance pool bar was very attentive and fast. Orlando taught me how to dance and speak a little Spanish- kept a smile on my face the entire trip. Staff is very friendly, there’s lots of late night entertainments so you are never going to be bored, there’s always volleyball on the beach and so much more. We had a great experience here. It's fun and we enjoy the people and staff. The maid waitress and the bar staff have been great. If you want something specific you just have to ask. All the recreation staff are wonderful but one of the recreations staff was excellent. He was always friendly and helpful. Beach was a bit crowded but Willy Coca-Cola always found lounges for me and my husband. The staff and atmosphere made this trip excellent. We have been to DR 8 times 6 times at Majestic.

We’re wrapping up our stay at the Majestic Elegance and I can start by saying that we had a very enjoyable experience. To start, our room was beautiful!! It was very clean and spacious. My husband and I thought the food was really good. The beach was absolutely beautiful. It was very relaxing to be out on the beach and be handed drinks by the lovely staff. I didn’t partake in any of the activities but it looked like everyone was having a great time. To wrap up, the animation team Coca Cola and Mayra were awesome, they always took the time to greet us and share a few laughs with us everyday.

Beautiful room, and an exquisite campus resort. Plenty of great activities to keep you busy for your entire stay! The steakhouse and Italian restaurant serve the highest quality food I've eaten outside of my mom's cooking. The bartenders and servers keep a smile going all day and have fantastic personalities to make sure you have the best possible experience at all times. The entertainment team was beyond incredible with plenty of tournaments, activities and games to keep the party going all day! Coca-Cola was our best friend all week and we were sad to see him have to leave at the end of his shifts. Great personality, very friendly and a great guide to keep the capture the best experiences.

Today was my first night as it is beautiful. I am enjoying my stay already and I definitely will be coming back. The customer service is spectacular and the food is great! I travel frequently and this is one of the best resorts I’ve been to so far! The bartenders are great and really know how to make drinks catered specifically to you. There is a guy that goes by the name of “coca cola” and he was extremely helpful when it came to guiding us and was extremely informative on the resort and what it has to offer. I look forward to the rest of my stay and I am excited to come back for another vacation.

Our stay was beautiful! 8 of us enjoyed a week long vacation. The pools were excellent, drink service was good. The food in the sit down dinners was lacking in attention to detail of freshness and service was sometime slow. Restaurants seem understaffed. Coca-Cola Live was awesome!! Super fun!! But all in all it was a beautiful place to stay. Dominican people are very nice and courteous!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Majestic Elegance. When you stay at an all inclusion resort, it’s a necessity the food is excellent...and excellent it was! Whether we were at the beach or the pool the animation team ensured everyone had a fun time. Specifically Rolando and Javier were wonderful! Each time we saw them, they were so happy and welcoming. The room and the views were amazing! The grounds were so well taken care of and the beach was beautiful. Our butler Alfonso took great care of us and Javier in Entertainment was fantastic! The best part of my stay were the bartenders. Ishmael (at our swim up bar) and Roberto (at the main lobby bar) make excellent drinks and some of the best bartenders we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to come back!

HORRIBLE!! Words cannot describe the experience we had at this resort. We booked a stay from Wednesday May 12 to Sunday May 16 and since we arrived we had problems. When we arrived at the resort, they told us that they were overbooked and that they had to send us to Majestic Elegance because they had no more rooms available (mind you, we booked the rooms out a month and a half in advance) The Majestic Elegance and Mirage are COMPLETELY different. The rooms at Majestic Elegance were OLD furnished and disgusting. To begin with, the rooms did not have hot water for two days, the power went out on multiple occasions, the rooms had a VERY unpleasant smell, the bed was hard and the jacuzzi did not work. My family, which by the way there were 9 of us, were very disappointed. We felt that we were lied to, scammed and it was all strategically planned. The resort gave us $300 per room (their way of asking for forgiveness), but this $ 300 we had to spend at the hotel if not the money was lost- Why not issue a refund instead??? NEVER AGAIN, I will stay in these hotels. Majestic Mirage or Majestic Elegance, they do not work and the resort employees knew what was happening. They never contacted us to let us know that they had no rooms available until we arrived. We will NEVER EVER ever stay in these hotels. BE CAREFUL SINCE THIS HAPPENED TO MANY PEOPLE !!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY!!!

This resort is average with the food being average. I would highly recommend the spa experience. I had 2 spa treatments with Jacinta and they were beyond EXCELLENT. One day was in the spa the other on the beach. She was attentive and the massage relaxed the entire body. The additional spa services with the Turkish bath, ice bath, sauna were all great and helped to detoxify and replenish the body. Best places ate at were French and Sea & Sea for dinner. The butler Johan was missing for the first two days but finally came around. Probably not a reflection of him because the staff work REALLY hard and have several families they are responsible for. However we had the GOLD wristband and expected a better experience. At any event, you won't be completely disappointed and will enjoy the time at this resort. 😉

What a great 1st experience ! We had so much fun my husband got on stage twice ! Service and Staff always go above and beyond! Lower lobby Bar always makes the best drinks and Margarita & Ruth was always helping us with local music and great service ! I wish more was open and reservations weren't so hard to get for dinner however room service was always available ! The negatives I have is our room. Location where the middle bridge was closed made walking anywhere a whole lot longer..our bathtub cold water didn't work. We had to fill it way ahead of time and let it sit to cool down enough to use and the view from our patio wasn't great. The view was of the back where another resort was that wasn't being used. Dark and empty. I wish we had known about the pool rooms ahead of time.. highly suggest you request a pool view room! Also the swim up bar wasn't open which was a total bummer as well! Either way. Staff helped make our stay enjoyable.Thank you all for a wonderful 1st time experience. We hope to be back again!

The staff is amazing. The animation team with Fifi, Roberto, Jose, and Javier is fantastic. The food is excellent, and the service is great. It is super easy and comforting to be here, you are treated very well and everyone is always asking how you are doing. If you need anything all you need to do is just ask. Rooms are always cleaned very well by housekeeping. When the bartenders get to know you know your name they make you feel very comfortable. The butlers make sure that you have a fantastic trip. We highly recommend this place 100%

My husband and I went to this hotel for our first romantic getaway since the pandemic.The best thing is the staff, a special shout-out to Charlie the concierge, Julia the bartender, Alexandra our housekeeper, Enrique the bartender at the pool area and all the girls at the front desk!!! Great service, a little slow sometimes. The property need some renovations, specially in the rooms. But overall was a great and delightful experience!

Minha primeira experiência com resort e foi inesquecível! Atendimento perfeito, piscinas enormes, praia deliciosa, água em temperatura ótima. Limpeza impecável, frigobar sempre abastecido. Sugiro o Elegance club, faz toda a diferença ( e fica bem mais barato fechando antes). São 5 restaurantes diferentes. As sobremesas são ruins (bolo puro glacê, massa ruim, doces só tinham beleza), e eu esperava bem mais dos restaurantes gourmets (oriental e francês), mas no geral a comida é muito boa. Tem muita fartura e muitas opções, mas segue o padrão de culinária americano. O Flavors é o melhor restaurante, tem de tudo e vários pratos são preparados na hora (carnes e frutos do mar excelentes), adorei os crepes, waffles, massas etc. O restaurante italiano também muito bom. Os drinks não são tão bons, muito açúcar, pouco álcool ou sabor. Bebidas deviam estar mais geladas. Mas independente desses pequenos detalhes, foi uma experiência inesquecível. Todos os funcionários nos atenderam muito bem, ficamos 9 dias e já fui embora pensando em voltar.

O hotel é muito bom. Desde a recepção até a saída fomos muito bem tratados. Os quartos são espaçosos e muito bem limpos, talvez alguns achem que tenha um pequeno "cheiro de praia", mas é normal. Todas as instalações são ótimas. A piscina do hotel é grande e dificilmente fica cheia, então é bem tranquila. Apenas nos horários de recreação o movimento aumenta. Os recreadores estão sempre animados e disponíveis. Para jantar, estão disponíveis 6 restaurantes (japones, argentino, italiano, frances e mais 2 genéricos), onde voce precisa fazer reserva em 2 (japones e frances). É melhor fazer a reserva pelo próprio aplicativo, pela comodidade e facilidade de achar local disponivel, mas também pode ser feito ao lado da recepção do hotel, presencialmente. A qualidade das comidas é excelente, ótimos frutos do mar e carnes. Também há massas. Sempre que quiser existe um restaurante aberto e os quiosques também fornecem sempre bebidas. O hotel ainda conta com diversas lojas de souvenir, embora bem salgadas, cassino e uma boate. A noite também há sempre um show diferente que acontece no teatro aberto.
