I enjoyed my short stay here. The room was clean, quiet, and nicely appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself is very nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I love that they had a Keurig in the room and individual soaps and lotions instead of those dispensers that everyone seems to be using lately.

We had a room that had one of the room joiner doors, it just never is as comfortable or quiet as a solid wall. Having a view of the pool comes with echoes of everything and everyone in the pool area. But it was very convenient for us to be close to a venue we planned to go to so for this particular reason it was an okay stay.

The hotel wasn't bad overall for a one night stay. The lobby stayed pretty full with the bar, not obnoxious or anything. I couldn't find water or coffee in the lobby but I didn't look hard. You have to park across the street and walk around the city building to get to entrance and for us we then had to walk through the building, outside around the pool and back into the other building to get to our room. One elevator was broken so we only had 1 elevator. They also charged me 47 dollars more than I agreed but when I showed them my reservation they changed it with no problems. The tub was stained and looked dirty, some tiles were sloppily replaced and the mattress was very uncomfortable. The front desk people were nice.

I called in advance to check on the shuttle details since I had a conference close and chose this hotel accordingly. Upon arrival, I was not told it was not available on the weekend. The website stated there was a restaurant with a cook to order breakfast. I was told upon arrival that there was no complimentary breakfast and they restaurant was not open on the weekend due to no cook. The shower ceiling drywall was peeling and there were black spots where it looks like moisture was in the drywall. The water was not easily adjustable, so it was scalding hot or too cold on both the sink and shower. And lastly, there was only ever one person at the front desk, so you had to wait in line quite a bit for questions, buying snacks, etc. Overall the bed was comfortable, which was the only positive experience. I will not be returning or recommending to anyone else.

Very nice hotel in a convenient and quiet location with free on-site parking. Pet friendly. Breakfast buffet is not included and is a bit pricey but easily accesible. Room was very clean and had basic amenities like a fridge and a coffee maker. Nice view from the window.

I really hate to leave bad reviews, but should warn others. Front desk was friendly and accommodating, able to check into room 45 minutes early. Rooms are outdated and smell damp, dark bathroom with burned and bulbs and luke warm shower. If you choose to eat breakfast there, it’s $14.95 each, for the same breakfast you would normally receive free at most hotels, basic cereals, toast, scrambled eggs and potatoes. So figured I would pass on the breakfast and just grab some coffee in the lobby, unfortunately no coffee. Well guess I’ll just make a cup in the room, room coffee pot doesn’t work🤦‍♂️

One factor in my choosing to stay at this property was that they have a bar onsite. However if I had known that the bar is only ever open from 5pm to 9pm or that they are not able to make a Long Island or any other drink I asked for mostly because they do not carry the alcohol needed to make the drink I never would have ever made a reservation to stay here. The lady working the bar was very friendly and really did try to do her best to figure out a way to make a drink Id like. The lady working the front desk was also “nice”… My room was nice and clean. Layout of the room made it seem much more roomy and had a desk and a chair. I like that there’s a fridge and microwave in each room.

Messed up my prepaid for reservation the night before my wedding and wedding night. Had us in a dirty room. Management was unhelpful. The night staff lady was great felt horrible it happened to us. Being full that night nothing she could do walked us through 2 rooms finally settled on the semi clean room approximately around midnight. The night lady was great felt horrible tried to make it better. Cleaning staff was gone she picked up items on floor by bed and tried to help us make bed not hard as rock. First room was dirty beds don't work for comfort level they raved about. Room had been smoked in and still smelled like weed. 2nd room we settled on. Have complaint in and#4 weeks later still haven't heard from customer service supposed to hear back,keep emailing and getting 3 days response back auto email but no response. Hilton honors has fallen to the wayside sadly to say. Happily no longer will keep diamond. Fique em outro lugar. I've waited to leave review but enough time has passed and customer service is non existent. You've been forewarned on this one.

Boy, if there was anything that could've been a lie about our room, it was one. We were told there would be a balcony, but that would be a shame to the word given half your foot is still in the sliding door in order to be "on the balcony." At first we thought they hadn't actually cleaned the tub since the last visit, because it looked like someone had cut themselves while shaving and there was still blood, but to our relief that was just rust. The air conditioning did not work. We kept turning it down, but it was still so hot. We thought: well, it's pheonix, it's 110° out, maybe they're just saving energy during the day. No. No, by 9 pm it still was not working. Finally call down, they offer to bring us a fan, so clearly this happens a lot. Guy plugs it in, points it directly at us and says "well it's only like 75° in here, I can tell, so I can tell it's working". We had it set to be 60° all day. But he can tell. Awesome.

Ele olhou para a porta atrás do escritório por 20 segundos, antes de me dizer que não pode me trazer toalhas hoje à noite, mas pela manhã ele poderia ajudar.A gentil senhora ao lado dele, Maria, foi a algum lugar por 10 minutos e trouxe de volta um carrinho de lavanderia inteiro com toalhas limpas. Maria é a definição de hospitalidade; muito obrigado! Maria mudou minha avaliação de 3 para 4 estrelas; se ela não estivesse lá, eu teria mudado para 2 estrelas.

Rooms are a bit dated - sink drain clogged, microwave ring-track missing wheel, and sliding door off the tracks, but shower pressure was amazing. Pool and jacuzzi were nice amenities that were always empty. No free breakfast. There was a small bar inside, 5 seats available. Diamond members have no benefits here, no free water or parking accommodations.On the last night (Monday) of our stay around 11PM, I asked the big/bald front desk man for some towels (stayed 4 nights, only had 3 towels for 2 people). He looked in door behind office for 20 seconds, before telling me he can't get me towels tonight, but in the morning he could help.The kind lady next to him, Maria, went somewhere for 10 min and brought back a whole laundry cart with clean towels. Maria is the definition of hospitality; thank you so much!Maria changed my review from 3 to 4 stars; had she not been there, I would have changed to 2 stars.

The location is fine. The front desk personnel are great too. But the room is a little lacking: bathroom is small, and some area had some moisture deformities to the wood doors and wall, rust on some bathroom fixture...you can see they tried to remodel the place, but it was not done right. The tile floor and sink are nice but the bath tub needs some attention too; sound barrier between rooms and pool are just not good; and the thermostat needs to be checked for temperature accuracy. Therefore overall this place is good. Three ⭐ s.

Overall the service to value was great.Due to pandemic protocols breakfast was limited to boxed cold food. This wouldn't have been an issue but the first night upon checkin I was told they had coffee and hot breakfast downstairs every morning.The bar had inexpensive drinks for a hotel. For service within the bar,the staff was kind but lacked mixers required for mules and margaritas. Beer, whiskey and gin options.The lounge and business area were clean and inviting.The wifi was speedy and provided uninterrupted reception throughout.The item that brought the rating so low was honestly the double beds described as a luxurious double queen bed room.The beds were rock hard platform beds with a pillow top of sorts over it. After three days and suffering through poor sleep I discovered that the beds were adjustable in the room but covered by the sheets. They default to rock hard... Whelp, lesson learned I guess.Not sure if I would volunteer for the adjustable beds in the future and because of my experience if they were the only option I'd search elsewhere.

The room was nice, but the toilette backed up and there was rust in the tub.Maybe a little preventative maintenance. It was still a good deal and a nice stay.

We were very disappointed with our stay here with our volleyball team. I’ll try to keep my to things that are less preferential and more about why we would choose a different hotel next time.Value - rooms were expensive, breakfast was cheap (cold cereal, fruit, yogurt, bagels, toast, microwaveable sausage sandwiches, juice, instant oatmeal). Fixtures and touches are cheap, misaligned, shabby looking.Comfort - beds are memory foam which isn’t for everyone. Rooms had a small microwave and a small fridge which was nice. Pillows are small and have little filling. Towels were soft and plush. Lobby was quiet and mostly comfortable.Cleanliness - the only way to get new towels is to leave them outside your door in the hall. Our rooms were not turned down at all. Grout in the bathroom was off colored and dingy.Quality - Many things are old and falling apart. Shower head is coming apart. HVAC in most rooms was completely broken. Bathrooms have no vent. Pool umbrellas won’t go up because of broken handles.Staff - the service staff were friendly and accommodating to us thankfully. They were the saving grace of the hotel. Front desk was usually apathetic and uncaring, dropping reservations for people who showed up late, not answering the phone to get things fixed, not helping to get fresh towels.
