Hotel muito bom e bem localizado para quem não pretende fazer turismo em Doha pois fica distante da maioria dos pontos turísticos. Está muito próximo de um grande shopping. Pinto ruim é que o café da manhã é muito caro.

I had 2 days of quarantine stay in this hotel.Room was spacious and clean, internet speed was also good as well as housekeeping was also good. Food was good and served timely but the way they are serving is not good,Food put it on floor outside from room door and informed through door bell. package of food was also average. Serving of food/Meals should be better definitely. Better than other hotels,recommended for stay.

Welcome like home,food was very good on time, checked in really late with two small kids. Everyone was friendly and got us into our room fairly quickly. With new covid protocols, Jamshed was extremely helpful in getting our EHTERAZ app working as we didn’t have a local number. I must come again, Room is spacious, quiet, and clean.

Excellent stay at Crowne Plaza for my 2 days quarantine. The staff were very helpful and kind special thanks to Jamshed, Excellent location and Cleanliness. I would highly recommend this place for quarantine. Meals were good and served on time

Hotel Quarantine. I had pleasant stay (Two days quarantine) at this hotel this week and it gives me so comfort ans peace. One disappoint which i felt the wash basin drainage was blocked wen i began to use it and i informed at receptionist. They said will drop someone will make it perfect. Then again i am compelled to call reception because of no one passing by. I appreciate the second receptionist,because right away he send a technician and he sort out the issue.Thanks for the technician anyway and second receptionist also. The room was very clean and neat,was good smell and rest everything was fine. Food :) Food was very good and dessert so yummm. Whenever calling for any item like water,tea bag,sugar all are sending right away after i called.Highly appreciated. WiFi was very speed and city scene from room was very nice.Staff behave very good as well. ONLY THE WASH BASIN DRAINAGE WHICH I MENTIONED ABOVE MAKES ME UN COMFORT. I hope this wont happen anymore because its 5* hotel.THEY SHOULD KEEP THEIR STANDARD.They exceed what customer needs not only meet what customer needs,like the hotel says. Thank you.

I stayed in Marriott during my Quarantine last month and this time I stayed in Crown Plaza for 2 days. Everything was quite well. But food was not good at all, 2/5. Room service was also poor. I had to tell them that I need body wash and shampoo in my wash room, 2/5. They serve you disposable cups for coffee. Unacceptable for a 5 star hotel.My Marriott Stay was way better.

Had a pleasant stay for 2 nights in quarantine package in Dec 2021. Service is good, however the food in the package was average. Very less options in Indian, Continental, Arabic cuisines altogether. Overall nice 👌 👍

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. I stayed during November 2021 and every department be it housekeeping, front desk, cafeteria, or gym was just superb. Their entire staff is extremely courteous and ensured I had a great stay. I will recommend anyone coming to Doha to stay here...

It was a great experience staying at Crowne Plaza Doha West Bay. The hotel is so nice and our room is very clean and comfortable to stay in. The food are great. Staffs are so accommodating and very helpful especially the 2 staffs who helped us during our check out namely Mr. Indra & Ms. April. I was with my 2 years old baby and those people really help us a lot. Thank you Crowne Plaza and to the staffs. More power.

Great hotel with spacious clean rooms. Bit of a mix-up checking into the room which took 40 minutes to resolve, then some confusion being woken up at 4am after the TV and bathroom radio automatically switched on full volume. The manager was very apologetic when checking out and offered a complimentary taxi to the airport, but uber was already on the way unfortunately.

Travellers having a layover in transit were given free accommodation, airport transfers and a voucher for 2 main meals. I had a 38 hour stopover. You had to meet certain criteria. The flights had to be booked as multi-city and this chance to have that free hospitality had to be applied for. It was awesome because it was free but actually the hotel was really awesome. Top notch facilities and a really great breakfast. The views were amazing also and very attentive, friendly staff.

Wonderful place to stay in every way except for.... 1. Air con far to cold 2. Mini Bar prices and coffee in the cafe all far to expensive 3. And this is the major issue... nobody available to give tourism advise and help and in addition not one pamphlet available to help with making tourism decisions. Hard to believe but true. QATAR AIR encouraged us to stay extra nights in Doha... but tourism is very poorly presented in Doha.

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous hotel. It's a pity we couldn't stay longer. We definitely would love to come back. The rooms are spacious with everything you need. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The view is amazing. Everyone in the hotel was polite and friendly. Of course, the kids enjoyed the elevators and the swimming pool.

Was visiting Qatar for a week for work and leisure. Received a warm welcome by the Duty Manager at check in. Room was awesome, very spacious and great views out. Service was excellent when my luggage turned up the next day (good old British Airways!) The hotel delivered it to my room. Checked out by the same Duty Manager. Breakfast, great selection.
