Cuidado com os CROCODILOS neste resort !!! Veja minhas fotos dos crocodilos selvagens bem ao lado do resort Dreams Natura. Há um PÂNTANO DE MANGUEIRA que drena para o oceano e tinha vários crocodilos diretamente ao lado do hotel. NÃO há cercas de segurança ou sinais de advertência! Pais, por favor, fiquem de olho em seus filhos por causa disso e tomem cuidado com a praia !!! Eu avisei várias famílias durante a minha estadia para não deixarem seus filhos brincarem perto daquela área. Algumas crianças até nadavam onde o pântano se encontrava com o oceano, a poucos metros de onde eu tinha visto crocodilos tomando sol na praia! Eu deixei a recepção e vários funcionários não, isso era perigoso e eles pareciam não se importar ou fizeram isso como se não fosse grande coisa. Um menino em Cancún foi atacado em um resort próximo semanas atrás por um crocodilo de 13 pés! Este resort precisa levar as preocupações dos hóspedes a sério, pois seria terrível se isso acontecesse novamente, especialmente para uma criança! Meu filho e eu continuamos nadando nas piscinas e não o deixei chegar perto da água turva do oceano. Eu perguntei se os crocodilos tivessem que ser realocados no futuro, eles não seriam prejudicados, pois eu me preocupo com o bem-estar animal. Se a sua visão for do lado de fora do hotel, então você verá um projeto de hotel abandonado que é uma monstruosidade e a área de pântanos / manguezais. O toboágua era extremamente perigoso, pois o operador no topo não se certificou de que meu filho pequeno estava seguro em sua câmara de ar antes de empurrá-lo para baixo. Ele acabou saindo do tubo e bateu com a cabeça assim que foi empurrado. Foi um golpe forte e tememos que ele possa ter sofrido uma concussão. Eu também informei a recepção sobre isso! O teto inundou parte de nosso quarto e encharcou muitas de nossas roupas limpas. Ricardo, da recepção, não faria nada para corrigir a situação, exceto enviar um homem da manutenção para consertar o vazamento, o que exigiu vários telefonemas de nossa parte, várias horas para consertá-lo e desperdiçou nosso tempo de férias. Nosso quarto todo cheirava a mofo também! Também havia manchas grosseiras em nossa roupa de cama depois que ela foi trocada. A área da praia é grosseira, pois o manguezal drena para ela, a água do oceano é turva e não confio nela com a extrema proximidade dos crocodilos. Era coberto de algas. Tem cheiro de esgoto sendo drenado para o oceano também. Não tenho certeza de onde vinha o cheiro. Eles nunca mencionam o resort abandonado ao lado, que é uma ferida enorme nos olhos. Os restaurantes tinham esperas muito longas na maioria das noites. Prós-mais outra equipe (exceto para a recepção) foram muito simpáticos e ficaram acima e além. O casamento de amigos que participamos foi lindo! Spa foi muito bom! Geral! Cuidado! Resort perigoso! Mandei um e-mail com minhas preocupações depois que ficamos. Só recebi uma resposta pronta como as outras abaixo.

Resort muito agradável. Toda a equipe é atenciosa e super simpática. Eu não posso dizer o suficiente sobre o quão duro a equipe trabalha e o atendimento ao cliente foi maravilhoso. Eles mantinham tudo limpo e higienizado. Os restaurantes italiano, mexicano, francês, asiático / Hibachi, frutos do mar ,, Grill / Steakhouse e buffet de comida era bom, mas eu gostaria que eles tivessem mudado mais os menus e oferecido mais opções. A praia tem uma bela areia branca, mas fica muito cheia de algas marinhas. A equipe faz um trabalho maravilhoso mantendo-o bem conservado, limpando-o bem cedo todas as manhãs, antes de a maioria acordar. A única reclamação que tenho é que a água estava tão marrom e suja. Eu entendo que é do ambiente ao redor, mas foi uma decepção.

Beware of CROCODILES at this resort!!! See my photos of the wild crocodiles all right next to the Dreams Natura resort. There is a MANGROVE SWAMP that drains out into the ocean that had multiple crocodiles in it directly next to the hotel. There are NO safety fences or warning signs! Parents please keep a close eye on your children due to this and beware of the beach!!! I warned multiple families during my stay not to let their children play near that area. Some children were even swimming where the swamp met the ocean within feet of where I had seen crocodiles sunning themselves on the beach! I let the front desk and multiple staff no this was dangerous and they seemed not to care or made it like it was no big deal. A boy in Cancun was attacked at a resort nearby weeks ago by a 13 foot croc! This resort needs to take guests concerns seriously as it would be terrible to have it happen again especially to a child! My son and I stuck to swimming in the pools and I didn’t let him go near the murky ocean water. I asked that if the crocodiles had to be relocated in the future that they wouldn’t be harmed as I care about animal welfare. If your view is of the outside of the hotel then you overlook an abandoned hotel project that is an eyesore and the swamp/ mangroves area. The water slide was extremely dangerous as theoperator at the top didn’t make sure my small son was secure in his inner tube before he pushed him down the slide. He ended up flipping out of his tube and hit his head as soon as he was pushed. It was a hard hit and we were afraid he may have had a concussion. I let the front desk know about this too! The ceiling flooded part of our room and soaked many of our clean clothes. Ricardo at the front desk would not do anything to rectify the situation except sending a maintenance man to fix the leak which took multiple phone calls on our part, multiple hours fixing it, and wasted our vacation time . Our whole room smelled moldy too! There were also gross stains on our bedding after it was changed. Beach area is gross as the mangrove swamp drains into it, the ocean water is murky and I don’t trust it with the extreme close proximity to the crocodiles. It was seaweed covered. It smells like sewage is draining out into the ocean too. I’m not sure where the smell was coming from. They never mention the abandoned resort next door which is a huge eye sore. Restaurants had very long waits most evenings. Pros-most other staff (except for the front desk) were very friendly and went above and beyond. Friends’ wedding we attended was gorgeous! Spa was very nice! Overall! Beware! Dangerous resort! I emailed them my concerns after we stayed. I only received a canned response like the others below.

Very nice resort. The entire staff are attentive and super friendly. I cant say enough about how hard the staff works and the customer service was wonderful.  They kept everything clean and sanitized. The restaurants Italian, Mexican, French, Asian/Hibachi, Seafood,, Grill/Steakhouse and buffet food was good but I wish they would have changed the menus more and offered more choices. The beach has beautiful white sand but does get very seaweedy. The staff does a wonderful job  keeping it well kept by raking and cleaning it early each morning before most wake up. The only real complaint I have is the water was so brown and dirty looking. I understand it's from the surrounding environment but it was a disappointment.

Dream Natura é um resort muito agradável. Spa incrível e toda a equipe são atenciosos e super amigáveis. Vários restaurantes - Buffet, italiano, mexicano, francês, asiático / Hibachi, frutos do mar e grelhados / Steakhouse. Atividades para as crianças e duas áreas de piscina apenas para adultos. A praia está muito bem conservada apesar dos problemas das zonas com algas.

O hotel foi uma grande experiência em geral. O pessoal foi muito simpático e compreendeu muito bem o inglês e o espanhol. Os slides e tirolesa são muito bons e parecem em boas condições. A única desvantagem foi que parece que havia alguns cães vadios vagando pelo resort principalmente ao lado da churrasqueira ao lado da piscina. Que sentou ao lado de pessoas implorando por comida. O "App" parecia não ter sido projetado para o hotel em mente. Exibir coisas no horário militar, a lista de eventos diários não se alinhando com o que realmente está acontecendo.

Un excelente servicio con instalaciones nuevas y muy cómodo. El SPA está increíble.

Bela propriedade. Alexandro, no e-team, foi fenomenal. A comida era ótima, com exceção da Oceana. A sopa de cebola e a salada de peras não podem faltar em Bordéus. Piscinas são quentes e maravilhosas. Amamos os toboáguas e o rio lento. Gostaria que a equipe estivesse um pouco mais relaxada, mas isso poderia ser depois dos efeitos da pandemia.

The hotel was a great experience in general, The staff was very nice and understood English and Spanish very well. The slides & Zipline are very nice and looking in good condition. The only downside was it appears there were some stray dogs roaming the resort mainly by the poolside grill. That sat next to people begging for food. The "App" looked like it was not designed for the hotel in mind.Displaying stuff in military time the daily events list not lining up with what was actually going on.

Beautiful property. Alexandro, on the e-team, was phenomenal. Food was great, with the exception of Oceana. The onion soup and pear salad are not to be missed at Bordeaux. Pools are warm and wonderful. Loved the waterslides and lazy river. Wish the staff was a little more relaxed, but that could be after effects of the pandemic.

Dream Natura is a very nice resort. Amazing spa and the entire staff are attentive and super friendly. Multiple restaurants-Buffet, Italian, Mexican, French, Asian/Hibachi, Seafood, and Grill/Steakhouse. Activities for the kids and two adult only pool areas. The beach is very well kept despite the areas issues with seaweed.

Malisima experiencia con una señorita de ventas su nombre es Ximena,ella se encuentra en el aeropuerto ofreciendo una visita al hotel,no agarren nada con ella por que al final del día les habla para reclamarles que le van a cobrar algo y todo por su culpa. Y se hace de muy mal gusto que hable para reclamar

Este resort com tudo incluído é uma experiência relaxante para 2 dias, eu diria. O padrão de bebidas alcoólicas, a comida é boa, o serviço é bom (mas lento nos restaurantes sentados). No que diz respeito à forma como fazem negócios ou se comunicam, acredito que é necessário melhorar. A praia parece ter sido feita pelo homem, já que o resort é cercado por manguezais, portanto, a praia é verde-acastanhada. As piscinas são legais, opções para adultos e pequenos.Houve um incidente com uma das crianças do nosso grupo, a porta do chuveiro é de vidro temperado e estilhaçou nele. Eu sinto que o resort não fez muito sobre isso.No geral, é um hotel limpo e todos os funcionários usam máscaras e respeitam as recomendações de saúde.

Todo excelente. Comida, calidad en servicio, Restaurante Francés excelente su menú me encanto. La habitación muy bonita y sobre todo su colchón y almohadas muy confortables.Sus recamaras atentas y chiqueando con chocolates, tapetes y preparando la cama para dormir‼️👍 solo un pero...... Su playa no sirve, muy fea y me toco poquito zargazo losacaban seguido pero lo juntaban y olía. Pero x lo demás excelente👍😄

El hotel es muy bonito, tiene muchas amenidades, la mayoría de los empleados muy amables, la playa si es pésima es color café y llena de sargazo no se me ocurrió ni entrar, el problema principal es su agencia UVC es pésimo servicio, ofrecen servicios que no son como los prometieron, sus precios son exorbitantes para que no cumplan, quitan demasiado tiempo al huésped es un abuso lo que ocupan del tiempo que ya no se repone, el hotel en sí bien la comida muy rica pero la agencia pésima no caigan en la trampa

Un hotel magnífico. La atención de su personal es Más que Excelente. El servicio es una experiencia de viaje fenomenal. Sus instalaciones muy cómodas y agradables pero nuevamente resaltó el alto compromiso de servicio de sus colaboradores con los huéspedes. Lo recomiendo 200 %

This all inclusive resort is a relaxing experience for 2 days I'd say. The liquor standard, food is alright, service is good (but slow at the sit-down restaurants). As far as how they do business or communicate I believe improvement is needed. The beach seems like it was man-made since the resort is surrounded by mangroves, hence the beach is brownish-green. The pools are nice, options for the adults and littles ones. There was an incident with one of the kids in our group, the shower door is tempered glass and shattered on him. I feel like the resort has not really done much about that. Overall, it's a clean hotel and the employees all use their masks and respect health recommendations.

1) Eu apreciei muito TODOS os funcionários do hotel levando as precauções COVID a sério. 2) O serviço de todos foi impecável. Alicia, assistente do spa, foi tão maravilhosa; sempre indo acima e além para mim. Angel no buffet do lado de fora foi tão amigável, agradável e cuidou muito bem de nós. O Oscar na gestão, lembrava-nos noite após noite, sempre encontrando formas de nos acomodar. 3) O buffet estava um pouco acima da média, mas a comida do restaurante era muito boa! Se alguma sugestão, as sobremesas estavam mais do que a média um pouco secas, mas no geral não quis tirar um ponto inteiro, só por causa disso. então 5/5 é: D

We called as soon as we got that cancellation email and they just said oh sorry we can rebook your stay but the room you wanted is gone and the rates are doubled now and we won’t refund you the $50 cancellation policy. With??? They are just trying to squeeze more money from their customers. Well guess what? We just won’t stay with you anymore

1) I thoroughly appreciated ALL the hotel staff taking COVID precautions seriously. 2) Service by everyone was impeccable. Alicia, assistant at the spa was so wonderful; always going above and beyond for me. Angel at the buffet outside was so friendly, enjoyable, and took such great care of us. Oscar in management, remembered us night after night, always finding ways to accommodate us. 3) Buffet food was just above average, but restaurant food was very good! If any suggestion, the desserts were more than average a little dry, but overall didn't want to take away a whole point, just because of that. so 5/5 it is :D

Este resort é relativamente novo, então ainda está melhorando. As coisas oferecidas aqui eram boas, mas poderiam ter sido melhores.A comida estava boa (não gritava cara ou ei, volte), a praia estava ótima também, e todo o resto estava um pouco melhor.As bebidas e o serviço eram 5/5 com certezaSubir a piscina nos quartos não vale a pena, já que o pântano está próximo, fazendo com que cheire mal lá atrás, e a água estava fria, mas um mergulho rápido alivia isso.Piscinas eram boas e havia atividades disponíveis, apenas certifique-se de reservar com estações oficiais e não pessoas andando por aí, eles vão tentar enganá-lo na maioria das vezes.Eu não voltaria aqui até muito mais tarde devido a todas as construções, mas acho que com algum tempo, este resort ficará muito melhor.No geral, eu acho que você deveria ir a outro lugar para a praia e comida, mas pelo lado bom, não estava superlotado e muito calmo e silencioso.Tenha cuidado ao sair do aeroporto também, eles vão gritar constantemente com você para pagar os táxis, esteja pronto para isso se seus nervos estiverem à flor da pele.Poderia ter sido melhor, mas é um resort em desenvolvimento.

This resort is relatively new so it’s still improving. The things offered here were alright but could have been better. The food was alright(didn’t really scream expensive or hey come back), the beach was just okay as well, and everything else was a bit better. Drinks and service were 5/5 for sure Walk up pool in rooms is not worth it since the swamp is nearby making it smell bad back there, and water was cold but a quick dips alleviates that. Pools were good and there were activities available, just make sure you book with official stations and not people walking around, they will try to scam you most times. I wouldn’t come back here until much later due to all the construction, but I think given some time this resort will become much better. Overall I think you should go somewhere else for the beach and food, but on the bright side it wasn’t super crowded and pretty calm and quiet. Be careful when you come out the airport as well, they will scream at you constantly to pay for their taxis , be ready for that if your nerves act up fast. Could’ve been better, but hey it’s a developing resort.

Yesterday my husband and I left after a 5 night stay for our honeymoon. I literally cannot say enough great things about this resort! Everything was extremely organized and we were treated incredibly well by every single staff member! Everything was clean and convenient. The food was great and the room service never disappointed. The swim up bar was the best! The staff at the pool took great care of us! And not to mention the spa. Absolutely wonderful!! The entertainment did not disappoint either. We really can’t say enough great things and we cannot wait to go back! This resort gets a 10/10 rating from us!!

Hotel is beautiful when you arrive. Staff is great. Our room was good. Building 2 - ocean view. Security Is really good at this hotel. It’s at the end of the hotel zone so it’s a bit secluded which I loved once I saw the chaos near the hotel zone. My only problem was getting stuck in the elevator. The bell button for help did not do anything. There is no button to speak to staff in the elevator. Luckily we had service on our cell phone to call the front desk and they had to pull the doors open. On the next day, it happened again to someone else. Elevator doors open as normal, you get in and it won’t move or open. It’s a bit dangerous since this is a family resort. What if a child gets stuck alone?!

Celebramos una renovación de votos pequeña y desde el momento de realizar cotizaciones y aclarar dudas quedamos sorprendidos por el servicio de Liliana y Ramon de Bodas, siempre dispuestos, atentos y con toda la intención de hacerte disfrutar de este momento, nos toco el huracán grace y por tal razón hubo cambios en lo planeado pero Ramon estuvo en todo momento con nosotros dando todas las facilidades y opciones para realizar la ceremonia, a pesar de ser una ceremonia familiar siempre nos dio un trato de grandes y estuvo pendiente a cada uno de los detalles. En cuanto al servicio del personal del hotel, José de toboganes nos dio una atención amigable y siempre tenia una sonrisa (se aprendía los nombres de todos los huéspedes que se subían a los toboganes y es sorprendente su agilidad para estar monitoreando que no se haga mucha fila y que todos disfruten siempre con mucha precaución). Para las chicas de xplor club (una disculpa, no pude aprenderme el nombre de todas),fueron super amables con mis 3 niñas, siempre tomando precauciones por COVID y buscando que exista diversión y que las niñas disfrutaran su estancia cada vez que iban, ya no pudimos despedirnos de ellas por que nos adelantaron el vuelo de regreso pero GRACIAS A TODAS (y el detalle de la nube en la habitación con el nombre de cada pequeña fue el toque perfecto para cerrar su estación de mis niñas). Fernando que nos ayudo con la limpieza del cuarto fue super cuidadoso con todo y aun que no se programo la limpieza para un horario especifico siempre estuvo todo muy bien aplicado (limpieza y cortesía nocturna). El personal de mantenimiento que se encargo de quitar protecciones de la alberca después de huracán también fue muy amable y super amigable. En el restaurante Bordeaux celebramos la cena de BODA y el mesero (PERDON tampoco recuerdo el nombre) nos atendió EXCELENTE en todo momento estuvo muy atento, amigable y pendiente de cada detalle de la cena. Personal de spa también fue muy atento y nos apoyo a coordinar servicios siempre con mucha disposición. En los puntos negativos, es que aun que estábamos en el piso 8 se metió el agua al cuarto la noche del huracán (tuvimos que poner toallas en las ventanas para evitar encharcamientos), por otro lado en la habitación donde estuvimos se escuchaba un ruido muy fuerte la noche del huracán como de que golpeaban metal (la lluvia y el silbido del aire si dejaban dormir, pero ese ruido era demasiado notorio y nos estuvo molestando toda la noche y nunca supimos que era).Dos veces nos dejaron hojas con nombres en lugar de los Avisos de Notificación 2° y 4° por el huracán (tuvimos que ir a cambiarlas). En general son un muy buen hotel, la comida y bebida son variados, restauraron actividades lo mas rápido que pudieron después del huracán y los chicos y chicas de entrenamiento siempre tuvieron actividades de respaldo y entretenidas involucrando a chicos y grandes. Esperemos volver pronto y poder seguir disfrutando de este gran lugar.

Hotel de calidad media-baja. Personal extraordinariamente amable y atento. En esto último un 10. Las habitaciones muy bien decoradas y la limpieza excelente. No obstante, la playa no vale nada. Venir desde España para bañarme en esta playa… además los restaurantes del hotel tiene una calidad más bien baja (excepto el buffet del desayuno). El año que viene no repito en Yucatán, y por supuesto me alojaré en hoteles españoles de mucha mejor relación calidad precio (BARCELÓ o MELIA).

Increíble para viajar con niños o adultos, la calidad de un dreams pero el plus de los toboganes y tirolesa para niños y adultos, la comida como siempre deliciosa, sin duda regresaría. Porque cuenta con todo lo que necesitamos para pasar un buen momento.

Empezando por lo bueno: Buen buffet desayuno. Personal muy amable. Habitaciones bonitas y todo muy limpio. La música en directo todas las noches estaba muy bien. Spa también genial. En cuanto a cosas malas: restaurantes con calidad baja, salvando el asiático. Los buffet de almuerzo y cena son poco variados. Ubicación complicada de encontrar. La playa del hotel es bastante fea. En definitiva no repetiría, el tema comida y playa son muy importantes en un hotel de Riviera y en este caso dejan bastante que desear.

Pésimo servicio en este hotel. Pagamos una de las mejores habitaciones del hotel y fuimos un grupo de trabajo de más de 160 personas y el trato del personal fue pésimo y el gerente nocturno supremamentegrosero. No pudimos ni siquiera disfrutar del hotel en grupo por queni música nos permitían escuchar.En definitiva no volveré jamás a este hotel ni lo recomendaréy ninguna de las 160 personas presentes.

Me gustó mucho TODO, la comida es deliciosa, así como el entretenimiento y las habitaciones. Pienso que lo único a mejorar sería el servicio, un poco lento en los restaurantes y en general al staff le falta un poco más de empata. Pero sin duda un excelente Resort!

Was put in Building #1, ocean view.... The smell was horrendous. Like wet mold. Next day demanded a new room. They switched us to building#3 pool view, however, had to take 2 queen beds. Daughter and husband had to take the upgraded room, king bed with a jacuzzi at an extra charge of $50.00 a day. Then their shower wall leaked into the toilet room... However, NO SMELL

Un gran y excelente lugar para descansar. Las atenciones de todo su personal. El primer día nos perdimos por el lugar que es tan grande y el personal nos apoyo. 😁

Este é realmente um dos melhores resorts em que já morei. É lindo, limpo e a equipe faz você se sentir como se estivesse em casa. Eu, pessoalmente, adorei o World Cafe. Seu chef Isaac nos fez uma deliciosa refeição tradicional mexicana e foi preparada na perfeição. Cada mordida que eu dei foi saborosa e fresca. Isaac foi acima e além para cozinhar para nós !!! Não só isso, mas seu colega de trabalho Johnathan foi incrível. Johnathan foi nosso garçom / barman que nos fez bebidas deliciosas e sabia exatamente como misturar cada bebida com perfeição. Johnathan é o homem certo se você quiser uma das melhores bebidas para adultos que este resort tem a oferecer !! 🍻 Eu definitivamente voltarei não apenas pelo resort, mas também pela equipe maravilhosa que me fará sentir em casa novamente!

This is truly one of the best resorts I’ve ever resided at. It’s beautiful, clean, and the staff makes you feel like you’re at home. I personally loved World Cafe. Their chef Isaac made us a delicious traditional Mexican meal and it was cooked to perfection. Every bite I took was flavorful and fresh. Isaac went above and beyond to cook for us!!! Not only that, but his coworker Johnathan was amazing. Johnathan was our waiter/bartender who made us delicious drinks and knew exactly how to mix every beverage to perfection. Johnathan is the man to go to if you want one of the best adult beverages this resort has to offer!! 🍻 I definitely will be returning not just for the resort, but also for the wonderful staff to make me feel at home again!

Esperábamos más de la experiencia todo incluido. La habitación recibida no tenía la misma vista que la publicidad mostraba. El servicio de cena en restaurante es demasiado lento. La comida es buena en general. Hay bodas en el área de alberca por lo que cierran el espacio de uso de alberca y camastros lo cual es muy incómodo ya que te mueven de dónde estás. Deberían de anunciar los eventos que se realizan en las áreas comunes para que los huéspedes decidamos con tiempo dónde andar. Además, se desperdicia la playa, que está muy accesible, porque al parecer no hubo servicio de limpieza de zargazo y estaba bastante acumulado en la orilla oliendo mal.

We went for a wedding and had so many issues. Check in took over 3 hours, rooms we had reserved were not available. Fir a new hotel things were falling apart. Literally saw the stairs break in 4 different spots during our stay, rooms even on the 3rd floor had water leaking. Food was ok but you never knew what restaurants were actually open. The day report might say Italian but then you go to Italian and it was not open go to seafood, Buffett only open fir breakfast and I was surprised that it was serve yourself VS them serving you items especially during Covid. Everyone touching the same tongs, containers etc ( only place I felt hit taking Covid precautions). No food available at pool or beach so it was a long wait for lunch. Snack shop had a huge hole in the ceiling. Beach was terrible. 46 in our group and not one of ya swam in it. They have rivers flowing on both sides of the resort to drain the mangroves dumping black thick substance into the swim area. Same mangroves with alligators etc. Zip line takes hours as it takes a long time to get someone hooked up and then they have to bring the harness back to the top. Lazy river was fun but not heated so it was freezing. Floors really slick in the main areas, we saw atleast 10 people fall and 3 in our group actually hurt. We had the presidential suite and the room had a lot of issues, the outside lights didn’t work and neither did our pool. Also no butler as told, no turn down etc. Spoke to 4 different managers throughout our stay and none really cared. We had a total of 12 maintenance people in our room during a 7 day stay, we wanted the bigger room for our group and pool to avoid being around as many people and Covid precautions . On a Positive the staff at the pool was great, the restaurant employees did a great job as well. They are limited in how they can help though. We had a friend who is a big guy ask for an extra appetizer and they denied him, they let him order another entree but then didn’t bring it all. Pools are great and we spent most our time there, no night time activity except for karaoke in the lobby every night. No mini bottles of alcohol in your room (Covid, not sure how individual bottles make a difference), overall not a great experience and as a group we all have agreed we would have gone somewhere else. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate a 6. After working with our travel agent the hotel is giving us a few comp nights to try and show us what they can do. I appreciate the offer and will change my review if the next experience is better. Hotel didn’t want to offer anything but for the amount of money we paid for 8 nights in a presidential site you would think they would have even offered a massage while we were there. At this time if I had to make a recommendation I would look elsewhere. It is also in the middle of nowhere if you want to go to Cancun it is $160 for a shuttle. Again the waitstaff is great and so our the pools so if that is all you really care about then this is fine.

This is your average 4 star resort.Let me start off on a positive note with the best parts of the resort.The spa was really good, above average for sure, if your looking for a decent cheaper spa resort this could be your place.Also the 24/7 Cafe is a major hit and my favorite part of the resort. Serving smoothies, frappes, coffee, espresso, cold and got drinks, snacks, desserts, and great ice cream. Its a great addition.Now the consThe food quality is probably the worst of any all inclusive I've been to and its not even compatible to the next worse, this was the most disappointing thing. Not only limited options but quality is extremely poor and tasteless.The next con is there isnt anything to do after 11pm, except the Cafe. All bars are closed, all restaurants. And even room service until 7am.I would expect 24/7 room service, and is the first resort I been without it.Now I do have to say for room service food, I was impressed, no it wasn't very good but even great all inclusive dont have great room service food its always lower quality. But it was always hot and fresh it seemed. Something not all resorts I can say.The massages themselves we had was alright, didnt seem like they knew what they were doing honestly but the spa made up for it. Amazing spa and amazing service in the spa.Service in the resort overall was good, and consistent.Drinks were good, they dont have any premium liquors but they did make good drinks, except for some reason the only drink they couldn't get right was a mojito.They could have some entertainment options as well, there was none. Even with covid all other resorts I've been to have it. This one had none for the few days I was here.Overall its average, and a little over priced for what it offers I feel.

Todo o pessoal incrível! O serviço de quarto foi ótimo! Os quartos são bons, mas limpos como deveriam ser! Mais perturbador sobre a nossa estadia foi (sem buffet para almoço ou jantar) tivemos que esperar 2/3 horas para comer. Sem batatas fritas à beira da piscina, também é o México e sem jalapeños para nachos ou no almoço ou jantar. Eu amo comida picante! Nada de álcool servido depois das 23h 😠 Eles tinham buffet no café da manhã, mas não uma grande seleção! Sei que é hora da Covid, mas ficamos em dois outros hotéis em junho de 2020 e agosto de 2020 e tivemos uma seleção incrível de comida.

All staff amazing! Room service was great! Rooms are nice but as clean as they should be! Most upsetting about our stay was (No buffet for lunch or diner) we had to wait 2/3 hours to eat. No fries by the pool, also it’s Mexico and no jalapeños for nachos or at lunch or dinner. I love spicy food! No alcohol served after 11pm 😠 They had buffet for breakfast but not a big selection! I understand it’s Covid time but we stay at two other hotels in June 2020 and August 2020 and the had an amazing food selection.

Nós hospedado aqui 20 a 25 setembro e a estadia foi nada assombroso, para dizer o mínimo. O hotel aparentemente apenas reabriu após ter sido fechado por vários meses devido ao COVID. Eles claramente não tinham descoberto como fazer isso antes de nossa estadia. Nossa viagem foi de cinco noites e durante esse tempo, pudemos desfrutar de 5, sim, CINCO, diferentes quartos de hotel. Nosso primeiro quarto tinha um A / C quebrado, por isso fomos transferidos para um quarto temporário que não era nadar, como tínhamos pago extra. A terceira sala também tinha problemas de A / C, então fomos transferidos para uma quarta sala, que tinha um vazamento de água, que ninguém havia notado, com mofo em toda a parede. Finalmente, em nosso quinto quarto, tínhamos A / C funcionando e nenhum molde. A comida no resort deixa muito a desejar. O único restaurante com comida decente era o japonês. O resto era apenas blá. As piscinas aquáticas não são aquecidas e são bastante frias. O bar aquático oferece ótimas bebidas e a área do lobby ao ar livre oferece excelente música ao vivo todas as noites. Tenho outra viagem para Cancún planejada para janeiro e não vou ficar aqui novamente. Extremamente desapontado...

We stayed here September 20-25th and the stay was underwhelming, to say the least.The hotel apparently just re-opened after being closed for several months due to COVID.They clearly had not figured out how to do that prior to our stay.Our trip was for five nights and during that time, we were able to enjoy 5, yes FIVE, different hotel rooms.Our first room had a broken A/C, so we were moved to a temporary room which was not swim up, as we had paid extra for.The third room also had A/C issues, so we were transferred to a fourth room, which had a water leak, that nobody had noticed, with black mold up and down the entire wall. Finally at our fifth room, we had working A/C and no mold.The food at the resort leaves a lot to be desired.The only restaurant with decent food was the Japanese one.The rest were just blah.The swim up pools are not heated and quite cold.The swim up bar has great drinks and the outdoor lobby area has great live music each night.I have another trip to Cancun planned for January and will not be staying here again.Extremely disappointed...

Todos os funcionários foram simpáticos e atentos às nossas necessidades. Tive um problema com uma reserva para um restaurante e Christian acertou. Very nice hotel, beach is nice embora tenha sido áspero e realmente não nadável durante nossa visita.Um grande problema: solicitamos um preço e a possibilidade de fazer uma reserva para uma futura estadia e nos disseram que não. Este hotel não fará reservas para hóspedes atuais. Política absolutamente ridícula. Infelizmente, não retornarei, pois devido a esta política, parece que este hotel não valoriza seus hóspedes o suficiente para encorajar sua visita de retorno. Muito decepcionante.

Estaba muy dudosa y nerviosa de las reseñas que leí antes de Venir pero conocía la cadena y confié. Gran experiencia! Muy bien servicio de todo el staff!! Muy amables y atentos. La comida muy rica y de buena calidad. Si bien los restaurantes no están abiertos todos al mismo tiempo (porque el hotel está al 25% de su capacidad) te da tiempo perfecto de probar todos y son excelentes!! Los servicios del spa increíbles. Las medidas de higiene muy bien aplicadas y te tiene tranquilo, desde saber que respetan el cupo y no lo Llenan por beneficio, adentro siempre hay medidas para cuidarnos! Muy recomendable!

All of the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs.Had one issue with a reservation for a restaurant and Christian made it right.Very nice hotel, beach is nice though it was rough and not really swimmable during our visit.One huge issue, we requested a price and the ability to make a reservation for a future stay and were told no.This hotel will not make reservations for current guests.Absolutely ridiculous policy.Unfortunately will not return as due to this policy it appears this hotel does not value it's guests enough to encourage their return visit.Really disappointing.

For the positives I would say the pool area is awesome and the hotel is pretty clean! I think this would be a great place for families, NOT COUPLES. For the cons, it says it’s all inclusive, but it’s really not. They limit you on how much food you can order both at restaurants and for room service. They also never got my order right.... not even once. I was with a group of 6 people but even when just my husband and I would order room service for ourselves, it was still wrong. Oftentimes, they would forget about my order all together. I don’t consider myself a picky eater at all, but the chicken felt like rubber to me and was really gross. I liked a few of the restaurants (Italian, Asian, and the restaurant by the pool) but even then, there wasn’t much of a selection. There’s absolutely NO nightlife. The hotel is in the middle of a swamp that takes 15 minutes to drive out of so going elsewhere is a bit of a journey. For young adults who want to go do things and eat a lot of food, DO NOT GO HERE. Find somewhere else.

Os quartos de natação voltados para as piscinas principais são mais barulhentos, mas você pode sinalizar para os servidores e pedir bebidas enquanto flutua na piscina. Os quartos traseiros são silenciosos, sem que ninguém acorde, mas isso também significa que não haverá entrega de bebidas. (Piscinas são compartilhadas com alguns outros quartos, mas cada quarto tem sua própria prateleira subaquática para sentar / relaxar, luzes e degraus) Todos aqui eram tão legais! E os cuidados que eles estão tomando com a COVID são de primeira qualidade !! Mal posso esperar para voltar!!

Um hotel novo com alguns pontos a melhorar, mas as instalações são espetaculares. O local é agradável e com distâncias relativamente curtas, ao contrário de algumas outras nascentes que você precisa caminhar quilômetros para chegar. Spa muito interessante com cuidado dedicado. Quarto muito confortável.

El hotel está bien, el servicio es bueno, nos tocó ser atendidos por personas muy amables. El mejor servicio fue por parte del personal de área de albercas, en especial las meseras. Un tache fue que pagamos ocho mil pesos extra por (2) habitaciones con vista al mar y recibimos vista a una construcción (ahí las fotos). Otro tache, tienen un ‘río lento’, solo funcionó un día de los cuatro que estuvimos ahí. En la misma zona está un área para niños más pequeños, los últimos dos días estuvo apagado, ¿por qué? Nunca supimos, creo que una de las respuestas que nos decían para varias cosas que no funcionaban era que tenían horas. Pongo 4 estrellas por esas experiencias, ojalá tú tenga una mejor experiencia.

Un hotel nuevo con algunos puntos aún a mejorar, pero las instalaciones son espectaculares. El sitio agradable y con distancias relativamente cortas, no como algunos otros resortes que hay que caminar kilómetros para llegar. El spa muy interesante con atención dedicada. Habitación muy cómoda.

Lo positivo: la comida es deliciosa en los restaurantes: Bluewater Grill, Himitsu y Oceana, felicidades a los chef. El SPA es lo mejor que hay, el circuito de hidromasaje y el masaje descontracturante/relajante son lo máximo con Génesis. El personal en general es amable (la mayoría de las veces). Lo negativo: la publicidad vende una playa hermosa azul, es una inmensa mentira, el hotel está construido en un manglar, el agua es color café y gracias a que hay un gran arrecife cercano se acumula toda la basura de los manglares en la playa, llena de ramas, troncos, se vuelve peligrosa por el riesgo de encajarte algo. Las albercas están siempre sucias y el agua es muy fría. Para entrar a los restaurantes la espera es de al menos 1 hora, el servicio es muy lento. Las habitaciones sucias todavía con el polvo de una obra nueva, son muy ruidosas, en el piso 7 se escucha el viento toda la madrugada, las puertas del balcón se mueven todo el tiempo como película de miedo. Los elevadores descompuestos, los pocos que sirven se saturan. Los pasillos de los cuartos llenos de bandejas y trastos sucios, hasta se meten mapaches a robarse comida sobrante. El restaurante World Café es bufette, la comida es muy mala, poca variedad y poca gente sirviendo, en ocasiones no hay nadie en las estaciones de comida para atender. Un lugar nada recomendable y al que nunca volvería.

Un hotel muy hermoso, todo céntrico, los empleados muy atentos y amables, siempre serviciales y con mucho trabajo. Excelente para ir con toda la familia, por el parque acuático, zona de juegos y buenos bares. Buena comida, muy deliciosa, muy variada. Falta, al menos en Noviembre 2020, más personal, arreglar y habilitar todos los elevadores.

Recently opened. Beautiful place. I highly recommend a swim out room! Swim out rooms facing the main pools are louder but you can flag down servers and have drinks delivered while you float in your pool. The backside swim out rooms are quiet with no one waking by but that also means no drink delivery. (Swim out pools are shared with a few other rooms but each room has it's own underwater shelf to sit/lounge on, lights, and steps) Everyone here was so nice!! And the precautions they are taking with COVID are top notch!! I can't wait to go back!!

This hotel is in the middle of no where the pictures on their website are very deceiving. As we were driving up to the hotel I thought we were in a war zone we were so disappointed. The rooms are just ok and very hot on the inside. Forget the beach terrible. The staff is excellent also food is very good. this is not a five-star hotel I would give it a three at best. Of course this is just my opinion. We did not stay there we left went to a different hotel.

What an amazing place!!! Staff was excellent. The food was tremendous. My son's wedding was fantastic 😍 and even though we had to survive a hurricane they were flawless in keeping us safe and entertained while it hit. Never thought once about our safety!!! Hats off to those who made my son's wedding a Great success!!!!!!

Arrived today and room was not ready. Waited four hours for a room. Half the restaurants are not open for service, leaving long waits for the open restaurants. NO AC IN ROOM! Made for a very hot stay. Power went out twice in one night. The only complement I would give is the precautions taken for covid.

Still a lot of things to improve and can’t believe that dreams is charging me extra for the use of the SPA area which is great but you have to pay extra. Some food is great and other food is not that good. Service could be improved and in general quite to less service personal hired. Hope you invite me some day later to try again.

Adults only pool with swim up bar, negative edge pools provide for great ocean views. The food has been terrific! Spice is Asian cuisine that had tasty options. The French restaurant had many authentic options. The buffet has a lot of tasty options to satisfy many palettes.
