“Listen, guys…when your front desk services people who simply skip lines, you just end up annoying the waiting crowd. It seems obvious. That’s the thing that sticks in my mind, not your otherwise decent rooms. Breakfast was fine. Parking was fine.”

“Cuando venga un cliente más rico, puede dejarlo solo en el lobby y tres personas pueden ir a atender al otro cliente.
