“I am not easily impressed but this hotel exceeded expectations! It was VERY VERY clean. The bathroom was squeaky clean, the room was huge, and the location was close to everything I needed. I've been to countless Hilton hotels and this one was the best and the cleanest.”

“Pros:
- Room clean and tidy
- Location close to Downtown Nashville
Cons:
- On arrival, we were given a card to check in to a room which was already occupied.
- Could not connect to Wi-fi for the duration of our stay.
- Extremely noisy air conditioning/heating system which you could not switch off so I didn't sleep at all. I asked for this to be fixed but the engineer couldn't switch it off completely either.
- In-room services were not provided i.e. the menu offers meals delivered to the room. When we requested this service, we were told it could not be provided. No reason was given for this.
- Room is not regularly cleaned and items are not replenished regularly. We stayed for three nights and the room was not cleaned once nor were the towels, tea, coffee etc replenished. This should happen automatically without prompting from guests.
- Very overpriced. We stayed in much nicer apartments in Nashville for 5 days and this cost less than 3 days at the Hilton.”
