Tesco supermarket just around the corner. Bus and Tube close. I recommend this place for a family of 4 to stay. The place is clean and the kitchen has all you need. I was in room 726.The bed was comfortable and the sofa in the living area didn't seem worn out.There was a little mold inthe shower and the walls are thin so you can hear everything that goes on outside.The maid let herself into my room on the first day without warning, but besides that the apartment was OK.I wish they provided instruction for the appliances and a way to throw out your garbage on your own. Houve um pouco mofo no chuveiro e as paredes são finas, então você pode ouvir tudo o que se passa no exterior. Some findings I made during my stay here:The shower door is very hard to close and water is thereby ending up everywhere.The wifi works every now and then, I'm not sure why but I asked a couple of times without a good answer.Walls in the room are damaged because of heavy use (?) and with cracks. Doesn't look very nice.Some spotlights work intermittently, quite disturbing.The shower has had cold water 20% of the times I wanted to take a shower. And I stayed for a month.It is a huge crack in the kitchen bench that no one seemed to care about.it looked quite old.The tap in the kitchen is leaking over the whole kitchen-bench, which makes it hard to find it qualitative. Leave papers here over the day and they're useless.Cupboards are built to fit exact to the bench an not the usual standard with two cm overbuild, which means that you bump your toes into the cupboards all the time.The cupboards does not close properly but "swing out" every now and then, super annoying!The reception have got no control what so ever over what mail comes in and where it is. I had five mails waiting and the third time I asked they "found" it with the old receiving date. They blamed it on the Royal Mail.The fridge opens in the wrong direction and is put inside a cupboard that opens in the other direction. Surely someone must have laughed hard when they installed this, it is actually a bit like Fawlty Towers!Ventilation remote on the wall does not work. Seem to be from the 80's.TV is old and remote does work every tenth try (yes, we changed the batteries!)It smells from the toilet sometimes. Nasty!Please stay here if you want to get pissed off over such little things as above. If you don't care about these trivialities do book a room, because the location is good. The worst serviced apartment experience for long stay!! after three freezing nights and calling reception and complaining about the central heater system first they said its not working today, then they said Aw we do not have air conditioner at all, and after contacting the main office here was the silly reply: WE DID NOT SAY ON OUR WEBSITE THAT WE HAVE ANY COOLING OR HEATING SYSTEM!!!! and I was shocked because I thought nowadays thats the most basic facility of a serviced apartment which is charging 3500£ per month. After complaining they provide a tiny radiator which was not enough for the size of the room and when I asked for more, I realised how unprofessional the staff is!!!The second problem was the cleaner who left the window open after cleaning and the room was just like freezer when I came back! and the this one was lack of HOT water for a DAY! and after calling reception , again first they denied that and after 2 more times of calling they accepted and said it is fixed now you can try which unfortunately was not fixed ! To make a long story short : Unprofessional and Rude team( not recommended at all!) Passamos férias em Londres no verão e ficamos no Go Native Kensington. 10 minutos a pé do metrô. Gostamos muito, quarto muito limpo e arrumado. Eles estão muito bem equipados, lava-louças, geladeira, fogo... Ficamos muito confortáveis.

Recepção um pouco apertada. Lavanderia self-service. Mas, de resto, quarto bem aceitável.

Alarme de incêndio toca todo dia dentro do quarto. Tocou no meu a meia noite. Imaginem minha noite após isso. Só tem dois elevadores para muitos quartos. Muitos mesmo. Salão do café da manhã éentupido de tanta gente. Recebe muitas famílias com criança, muito barulho nos corredores.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 5 nights. Great value and space for a family of 4 to spread out. The included breakfast was fabulous with hot food, croissants, fruit etc, constantly being refilled. They did have a decent gluten free offering as well. The 2 bathrooms in our suite had excellent water pressure with plenty of hot water. The kitchenette was well supplied and served our basic needs. Our only complaint was waiting for the 2 slow elevators. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great. The location is good if you prefer to stay away from the big crowds and touristy areas. I found the Tesco next to the hotel be convenient and didn’t bother me at all that it is besides the car park. Breakfast is awesome. Lots of options, huge seating area, and the staff was really helpful. The manager was always checking in on guests. The room was nice and overall okay, my only recommendation would be a more thorough cleaning in some areas of the room. But sheets, towels and the bathroom were good.

Good location and spacious rooms! We had the 2 bedroom with a living room and kitchen and it was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 4 plus grandma and grandpa. There is a supermarket with everything you need next door. The hotel staff was the best and our favorite part of our stay (they are all so helpful and kind!). We specifically appreciated Orkmed at the front desk, and the bartenders Joy and Daniel! The only mini complaint is the cleanliness of the rooms, it wasn’t terrible but it could have been better (less dust). We do plan on returning!

Came over between my Scotland vacation to visit London for couple of days. Great location near earl's court tube station to move around. Was also able to walk from Kensington palace was a great stroll towards the hotel. Of course very good staff and has good breakfast option. Rooms are definitely small like New york hotels; but you are not going to stay inside hotel rooms while in London.

The rooms are nice and clean. We are Silver Marriott members and were promised an upgrade but we didn't get it (the person st the reception said they did). After settling in the room we looked online and realized we weren't given any upgrade. We had to go to the reception and ask for it. The breakfast is absolutely amazing, one of the best we've had. The flavoured water in the reception is also a great treat. Overall a nice stay except the trouble in the first day.

I'm Platinum Elite(no upgrade) The stay at this hotel didn’t go at all as we expected. First of all it only had two functioning elevators which had to be used for visitors, staff, and cleaning supplies. Not only did we have to wait a long time to be able to use the elevator but we also had to share the space with the huge bins of dirty towels, garbage and cleaning supplies. Sometimes the elevators took so long to come that we had to use the stairs to either get out of the hotel or go to our room. Another issue we had during our stay was that every morning at 8:30am the housekeeping would knock on our door, waking us up, to clean the room. The days that we would ask them to come later during the morning they would simply not come back and leave the room dirty. We had to ask multiple times for them to come clean the room and they would say that we “refused” the service when they offered it at 8:30am. We asked the receptionist fora “come back later” sign in order to put it outside of our door and avoid having housekeeping wake us up every morning but this didn’t help. One morning we where sleeping and had the sign on the door but housekeeping, without knocking, opened the door and asked us at what time they could come back even though we where still in bed. Another incident we experienced in the hotel was that our door was left open all day. We left the hotel at 10am and came back at 9pm and housekeeping had cleaned our room but left the door open with all our belongings in the room. For a hotel that belongs to Marriott we have been truly disappointed with the service and the handling of our complaints. We are not going back nor do we recommend staying at the hotel.

Good location , in a nice place, two underground station just 20 minutes far, a big Tesco 2 minutes. Reception is small, lobby average,they welcoming water and fresh juice. Rooms are small, bath is very small, sofa bed is big but not not so comfortable, the small kitchen within the room was a good choice. The wall Rae not sound proof, two lifts for this big hotel not enough. The breakfast was very good and have a lot of options.

Enjoyed our stay at another Marriott hotel. Always reliable and know what to expect. The lifts were very slow, but everything else was good! Breakfast buffet was good, too! Paid parking available across the street at Tesco. Easy transportation links.

El suelo del baño no lo limpiaron de un día a otro.No ponen las toallas necesarias para los cuatro que éramos,ni aún pidiendolas nos las sirvieron. La alarma contra incendio sonó dos díasseguidos, una d ellas a las 7:00h......No se si volveré.....

La limpieza pésima. Toallas sucias. Eramos dos adultos y dos niñas y solo preparan una cama. Tuvimos que pelear por sabanas para el sofá cama. Dos ascensores lentisimos y uno de ellos continuamente estropeado. Le pongo dos estrellas porque por lo menos las instalaciones son bastante nuevas.

Hotel recomendable 100%.El personal es muy profesional, amable y te ayuda con todas las dudas que te puedan surgir, también hace muy buenas recomendaciones.Las habitaciones son geniales, amplias y con mucha luz.Tiene cocina, baño, salón y habitación, por lo que puedes hacer vida como si estuvieses en tu casa.La cocina tiene vitrocerámica, tostadora, horno, nevera y lavaplatos.El desayuno hay que pagarlo si o si, el café es estupendo, hay fiambre, tortitas, muffins, scones... Todo lo que te pueda apetecer.Esta a 5 de la estación de Earls Court, por lo que puedes ir a cualquier parte de Londres desde ahí.

El tamaño de nuestro apartamento fue realmente excelente para el precio. Tiene todo lo que necesita para una estadía más prolongada: hervidor de agua, tostadora, estufa, etc. Un enorme Tesco está cerca, que ofrece una amplia selección y está abierto las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana.

Estaba en la habitación 726. La cama era cómoda y el sofá de la sala no parecía gastado. Había un pequeño moho en la ducha y las paredes son delgadas para que puedas escuchar todo lo que sucede afuera. La criada entró a mi habitación el primer día sin previo aviso, pero además el departamento estaba bien. Desearía que proporcionaran instrucciones para los electrodomésticos y una forma de tirar la basura por su cuenta.

Muy buen servicio. Recomiendo este apartamento en Londres. Pagas un poco mas que un hotel, pero vale la pena. El uno inconveniente es encontrar parking. Me dijeron que tenia que estacionar en el supermercado de al lado.

Pros: next to giant Tesco so you can make food in your room, near to earl's court station.Cons: the north side rooms have no sunlight, so ask for a south facing room: those have plenty of sunlight. Air conditioning and heating don't work in all rooms: gets hot in summer and cold in winter. The biggest bummer is that the windows open like 1 cm, so no fresh air. At all.

Decent living arrangements. Far from perfect, but the price can't be beat. Mich cheaper than staying at a hotel. Personal kitchen is great for those who can cook for themselves.
